Short Family Stay

Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful, quiet resort. The unit was very comfortable with three en-suite bedrooms. The pool was located steps away from the rear sliding door. We were able to walk to the beach. Although our vacation was only 3 nights long, we had a wonderful time and would love to return.

Hilton Head Family Gathering

Beautiful beaches, great weather, wonderful sea food and lots to do. Off beach about 15 minute through tree line neighborhood easier and more enjoyable than expected. Just outside the resort area is great entertainment, shopping and a variety of restaurants. Surprised that restaurants this time of year were not maxed out so it made going to dinner pleasant for entire family. Villa were quiet and had a great family vibe.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great vacation, condo had everything we needed. We cooked most meals, and the kitchen was well equipped with the necessities. Close to the beach and shopping just across the highway. Plenty of room for our party of eight. We will absolutely plan a return visit in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week. The common space (living room and kitchen) for the rental was a bit small to accommodate up to 10 people. The sleeping area was great for our family, pool was wonderful and the beach path was great.

Map Inaccurate

Map in VRBO listing very misleading - property was much further from the beach than the listing implied.

Great family vacation!

We had a wonderful time at Palmetto Dunes resort. The condo we rented, had enough space for our whole family. The Pool was right outside the back, and the beach, a ten minute walk.
