The Space:

Come enjoy this newly and beautifully renovated home with new furnishings and updates, where you will get lost in paradise with a stay at this island getaway just a short walk from the sand. The open floorplan will make entertaining a breeze and the screened-in porch is ideal for enjoying your favorite vacation meals. Time outside will be well-spent, as you can choose from the beach, golf, or tennis! No one will be bored while staying at this island retreat. When everyone is tuckered out and the night is coming to a close, toss your clothes into the new washer and dryer, pop some popcorn, and gather around the TV for a movie night. Afterward, retire for the evening to one of the bedrooms, all of which have had their mattresses replaced and upgraded for your comfort.



Perched inside of Sea Pines, this location is in the heart of what makes Hilton Head Island famous. Just a short drive away is Harbour Town where you can shop, dine, and check out the lighthouse! In the same area is Harbour Town Links, a pristine golf course that is known for hosting the RBC Heritage golf tournament. A little closer to your front door is Heron Point Golf Course and Sea Pines Beach Club where you can eat some fresh seafood or take a look inside the local surf shop.

Never stayed there. Two hours before check-in was told no internet or tv due to cable damage that could not be looked at for 5 days. Was offered a mere 50 a day credit to stay with no TV or internet. Insulting. Thankfully, full refund but very disappointing. The property was very dirty on the outside though and picture of deck was really deceiving. Good location.

Beautiful home with lots of room cleaned and location to walk easily to beach was great - at no fault to home owner the real problems were getting a hold of the property manager turns out they now are managed by dwell property management- they were not very responsive we had questions first one was how do we get gate passes ? That was never answered we bought weekly passes at gate just to get to the house to settle in - I did finally get a call and Vrbo was great gave me a refund for the passes - then the main bathroom toilet bowl was very low on water when flushed it raised way too high - callled back put in a maintenance ticket no one ever called me back But they did come out (24hours later ) when I called again the next day to say septic was spilling out the pipe to the side of the house - so over all I feel the communication was lousy and caused unnecessary stress to our stay - oh and the trash was never clear we had no clue there was on the road side a trash shed would have helped to have that explained

Great place to stay.

Great property! Good location within easy walking distance to the beach. Convenient location to access South Beach Marina and Harbor Town within Sea Pines. Wide variety of TV channels to choose from.

We agree it was a little dated, but it fit our needs for enough space. Our one complaint was that there weren't any beach towels (or extra towels). We picked this place due to its proximity to the beach (which was great), so we had to go to Walmart and buy towels.

Location and layout of home were great. Got to see the sunrise every morning, a short stroll along a path to the beach. Needs some updates, no pool access, parking is tight but all in all we were pleased. Would stay here again.

Very nice place

Our family really enjoyed the house and all the space. Easy walk to the beach. Heated pool. Convenient location to bike to shops. We recommended this place and would stay here again!
