Phoenix II, sharing amenities with Buildings 1-4, provides an extensive range of facilities that cater to every guest’s needs, enhancing your vacation experience. Enjoy the outdoor pool for a refreshing swim under the sun, or dive into the indoor heated pool located in Phoenix III for a pleasant swim regardless of the weather. The children's pool is perfect for younger guests to splash and play safely. Relax and unwind in the hot tub or the sauna, ideal for soothing relaxation. The game room offers entertainment for all ages, while the grilling area is perfect for hosting delightful outdoor meals. Great place

Loved our stay. It was very clean but could have used a couple more hand towels (only had 2 one for each bathroom) but we made due. Great location as well close to everything.

My husband and I took my mother in law for a week and stayed in this room. It was a great size for the 3 of us. The kitchen could have been a little more stocked as far as silverware but other than that it was great!! I would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Property was clean, but somewhat dated. Part of the wall in the dining/living room had been repainted, but of course, the paint didn’t match completely and it looked bad. The pictures made the space look much larger than it truly is, but it was fine for us. Check in was easy and check out was a breeze. Loved the balcony! We would choose to stay here again.

Condo is a little dated and the couch was a little dirty. Owner responded quickly to our messages. Price was fair however, I thought 55 parking fee amount should be included in the price or the parking fee price should at least be disclosed up front. Overall not a bad experience. Nice set up location to many things.

The view of the beach was very nice and as advertised. The condo itself was moderately clean but not in good repair. There were several poorly patched and painted areas on the walls; the furniture was very worn, and the couch and recliner were dirty. The fans in the bedrooms were very squeaky and, therefore, not usable at night. Also, the capacity of the water heater made showers challenging with 2 adults and 3 teens. We will not stay here again.

Overall, a decent stay and the price was fair. I liked how the master bedroom is on the other side of the unit from the guest/second bedroom. I also liked how each bedroom had a separate & distinct bathroom (no shared or jack-and-jill bathroom). The unit was clean but not perfect. I’ve listed some things about this unit that you probably should know if you decide to stay here:-The light in master bathroom didn’t work. -The tub in master bathroom drains VERY slowly. I hope you don’t mind wading around in ankle-deep shower water!-The guest bathroom toilet is broken. It won’t flush & the water won’t stop running. -I hope you don’t mind taking cold/cool showers if you stay here! -In the master bedroom you might think that you have a balcony door but you don’t. It’s a window. -There’s not enough plug ins in this unit. One of the plug ins won’t hold anything. It has power but when you plug something into it, it falls out of the wall. You might want to bring a power strip.-There’s a dehumidifier in the unit. This isn’t a particular problem b/c I knew what it was when I saw it, though it was never mentioned anywhere in the unit’s description. They need to at least leave a set of instructions somewhere near it on how to use it. It was full of water when we got to the unit and we had to empty it upon arrival.-The filter in the clothes washer was absolutely filthy. I had to scrub the mold out of it. It seems that no one has ever checked it

Disappointed

As soon as we arrived the condo smelled of cigarette smoke. I immediately called the number on my reservation and they said they would send someone out to remove the smell from the condo; they would give us a call before they arrived. They NEVER arrived nor did they call. We decided to stay on the balcony or in the Master bedroom where the smell was not present. The condo was clean but due to damaged walls, old stained tub and dirty grout it appeared to look old, outdated, and not very clean. Also, two big bags of linens stayed next to our door the entire visit except for the last twenty four hours where the bags were literally placed in front of our door. I never leave a bad review but this stay was not what we expected. I have often thought of staying at the Phoenix but if this condo is a true refection then I will never stay there again. Note to whom ever handles the property calls. Please do what you say will be done and make things right. No one should have to limit their activity due to an unpleasant smell. We paid for a condo, not a bedroom and balcony. I hope this review will remind whomever is in charge to make the effort by correcting whatever is not right.

During the duration of my stay, the toilets were running after each use constantly. The iron was broken and messed up some clothes. The tube in one of the bathrooms was clogged and the water does not drain. The furniture in the condo and patio are out dated and rusty.
