Our apartment is a warm and bright single bedroom flat that provides all the modern house amenities. Discover the beauty of Athina from this awesome 1-bedroom apartment. This terrific space features a cozy living room with a sofa bed and lovely balcony, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Guests can enjoy the convenience of amenities like free fiber WiFi, TV programs and AC. For a restful night's sleep the bedroom boasts a full bed with memory foam mattress along with mattress covers specially cleaned for every new guest. The bathroom includes a washing machine, a shower and set of individual care amenities.
The flat is located 11' walk from the Athens Railway Station, which is an ideal location for business or leisure trip visitors that want to enjoy the ancient history and the cosmopolitan Athens.

In 2018, I started travelling abroad, which transformed me from an introverted guy into a communication enthusiast. Due to my master's studies, travelling isn't always affordable, so to support myself, I rent out my apartment. I'm also a big fan of sports like football and basketball.

I'm a passionate traveller who loves meeting people from all around the world. As a master's student, I’m currently studying Health Economics and Management, but when I'm not focused on my studies, you’ll likely find me watching football or basketball—two of my favourite sports. I enjoy learning about different cultures and exchanging experiences with guests. This cosy home is part of a block of flats located in a neighbourhood that was reconstructed during the restoration of democracy in Greece in the mid-1970s. Situated in the heart of Athens, amenities and activities are within easy reach, with convenient transport links in the area. Our home is just 11 minutes from Athens Railway and Larissa Station (Metro – Red Line 2), and 12 minutes from Attiki Station (Metro – Red Line 2 + Green Line 1). With your own convenience, you can come and go as you please.

This bright, cosy flat has space for up to four people. There is a welcoming, spacious hallway where you can store your luggage and take care of any last-minute details before heading out. The bedroom features a memory foam mattress on a 150cm wide double bed, complemented by retro-style furniture, and no TV, specifically designed for your relaxation.

Tastefully decorated and furnished, feel at home in our holiday rental. Enjoy a living room with a comfortable three-person sofa that can be converted into either a double bed or two single beds, a smart TV with access to TV programmes, Wi-Fi fibre-to-the-home internet (500mbps), and a double-opening glass door that leads to a small, relaxing balcony.
