This is our favorite property to stay at; and this unit has been our favorite so far! The host was very prompt at responding as well as very accommodating. The unit was clean and the location was one in a million. The view from the lanai boasts Napili’s beautiful cove and ocean..and also looks on to the most famous Gazebo…!!! We could always see and be first in line for breakfast! This meal is as important as our annual visit to Mamas Fish House. The unit was clean and stocked. The shower is absolutely amazing. We will definitely plan on booking in the future. Mahalo!

iTrip Great

iTrip Maui is a 5 star company to deal with. They sent a maintenance person right away. The condo is Okay and has a great view. and the 3 other condos our friends rented the same week were wonderful. 167 just needs a few things attended to. The "sliding' screen door wouldn't slide as the wheels were rusted so as former renters tried to open and close it their fingers when through the screen. And as always with rentals the fry pans need replacing. Other appliances were fine. The condo could use a "deep clean" as the air condition filters and the louvered windows had a green film. There were silver-fish traps all over the kitchen---- counters and floors. The hotel should look into the main door as it had a half inch opening all around it. (Not fire proof or air-tight) Our last wish would be for an inside table to eat at with friends when it was rainy outside. Again iTrip's response was great and we will book with them again. Napilli Shores is a beautiful place and a great location.

Napili Shores property and location of condo is terrific, but condo itself is just fair. Kitchen not well appointed and bedroom not cozy. Had problems with light fixtures. Would stay at Napili Shores again, different condo.

We really enjoyed this property, location and staff. The pools were warm, grounds manicured and views unbeatable. Also enjoyed the convenience of the restaurants on property and no charge for parking. Great vacation!

Great unit and location!

We had never stayed in Napili before but were pleasantly surprised with everything about the complex and the area. An easy 2-3 min walk to Napili Bay, a small shopping plaza with everything we needed was a 2 min drive away, and nice people all around. Great trip and we will definitely stay at Napili Shores again! HOME away from Home

My family and I couldn't of experienced a better stay. We felt like every part of our stay was a blessing! Truly a hidden gem and perfect unit for family. Close to the BBQ's, pool, tide pool/beach access, and the famous Gazebo (a foodies must). Unit was very clean and stocked with everything needed to cook and BBQ (excluding food of course). Was very comfortable in every way and will be our forever home away from home! MAHALO

Best Yet!

We’ve stayed in Napili 5-6 times and this was by far our favorite room. The room felt A LOT more spacious than any other room we’ve been in. The kitchen and bathroom were particularly larger than the other rooms which made it great given how much these spaces were utilized. This room has very little extra furniture, which reduced the clutter and gave us room to move around. The location is close to the beach, pool, Gazebo, but still quiet. We loved it and I will try to book this room next trip!

Great condo right by the best beach on Maui!

Very nice clean condo with great view of Napili bay. Perfect location right next to the lower pool which overlooks the ocean. Barbecues were right out the sliding door which was convenient for cooking dinner with a view. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location

The location is extremely convenient with easy access to the beach, snorkeling cove, easy drive to Lahaina, on-site gear rental. The unit had everything we needed and worked well for us and our two teens. We liked being on the ground floor with easy access to the lawn and beach. Nice, quiet unit since the parking lot stops prior to the entrance of this building.

Adjacent to Napili Bay

The unit was comfortable, well stocked and definitely handy to Napili Bay and the beach there. It’s close to the ocean for ocean views although also closer to the Gazebo restaurant and it’s morning activity of people arriving for breakfast or lunch

Why go anywhere else?

The location is everything, it has everything, heated pool, lounging areas, beach, waves snorkelling:) great walking trails, golf ect Right out your door Would love to go again in a heartbeat.

Maui Family Vacation

It was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice if there had been a small coffee and filters at least. Both our kids had coffee and chocolates when they arrived to their condos.

Beautiful place

We love coming to Napili Shores. This is our fourth time staying in this unit. It is our favorite. Ductless air conditioning has been added throughout the unit . . . . a great addition! Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We had a fun filled vacation.

Location location

H167 is in an ideal location . The furnishings could be more functional. A big recliner is out of place and space could use a small dining table or at least a coffee table.

Great location and stay.

Overall this property is excellent. Napili is quieter than neighboring locations on West Maui which makes it a great choice for a relaxing family vacation. Amenities were good and the proximity to the Gazebo restaurant is amazing. Beach access and housekeeping is limited right now and we do wish there was at least a daily or every other day towel service. We look forward to returning again!

Great location!

Nothing beats the site and sound of the ocean from your room! Pros: This unit was in the building close to the pool by the beach (but just far enough away!) Close to the grills for dinner prep. Go to the Gazebo for a great breakfast but get in line before 7:00 am unless you have time to wait for a table. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped. Had a more open feel than some of the other units. Bed was comfy and our daughter slept in the living room on the pullout. Things to note: You can exchange your bathroom towels for a $30 fee. We never did this, but we felt we had enough towels to last us 10 days, but the shower mat got pretty grimy by the end. It’s Hawaii, so towels can take 2-3 days to feel really dry. There is a laundry room - $2 to wash and $2.50 to dry which was awesome. Parking was close and easy but they can fill up later in the evening. Also, since all the 1 bedrooms are on the parking lot side, you can hear foot traffic/rolling suitcases/cats at all hours, but overall a really quiet Resort. We loved our first stay in Napili as it has a different ambiance than the hotel strip. We would definitely would stay here again!
