Fully equipped kitchen includes wine & beverage cooler and fully equipped kitchen to make all your favorites from home. Enjoy the free standing soaking tub, walk in showers and new flat screen TV's in every room. Host just 20 min. away and easily available to make sure your stay is perfect.

Miles long, clean, beautiful sand beach just a 2 min walk or less across the street. Walking distance to restaurants, festivals & shopping. Starbucks on the same block! Use beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards and more then wash off at the outdoor shower. Enjoy the vast array of games & puzzles. Easy check in and checkout with pin pad. Onsite Parking for 4 cars!

This beach house is a fantastic find, offering a perfect blend of comfort and stunning views. The property is immaculately clean, with two balconies providing great vantage points to enjoy the ocean, and the communication with the owners was excellent. From the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed in this relaxing and serene getaway. Excellent place to stay in Jax!

The moment we stepped in, we were impressed. The home was clean and smelled amazing. Her attention to detail could not go unnoticed. Such a lovely and cozy home and has everything you’d need for a family with kids. And the location!!! Just steps away from the beach and so many great restaurants and shops close by. It was remarkable.

Great location, plenty of space

Clean rental with lots of bathrooms, nice balcony and view, and great location for beaching!Has a big walk in closet we used as an infant room, with a roll-away crib provided. Host is accommodating and super quick to respond.Will stay again.

Exactly what we needed!!

Spent a nice family girls trip here for the weekend and it was fantastic. The property was so amazingly child friendly that it made our stay much more relaxing. Not only was there a crib for our baby but a high chair seat, and plastic ware was strategically placed in drawers as opposed to glass for the sake of safety. There were numerous beach toys and our MVP of the weekend was the beach wagon!! It made walking to the beach so much easier with all our stuff. Despite the weather being a bit chilly, the walk to the beach was simply 10 steps and it was so lovely regardless. The host Elizabeth, was so incredibly responsive and made sure we were helped if we had any issues. If you have an older parent or someone who doesn’t want to navigate stairs too much, the ground level room was awesome. The only downside is that the stairs were quite steep. However, we would highly recommend this property to families!

Best Beach Stay

The proximity to restaurants, the beach and entertainment is unmatched. Thr best of all was the cleanliness, functionality and thoughtful design/amenities within the home. We will definitely stay again. It was perfect for a family of 5 with a mjx of teens and elementary age children. The host was also dialed in and responded promptly to all chats and questions.

Great Place, Great Location, Great Host!

Beautiful home close to the beach, great views of the beach as well. Our host made check-in a breeze. Great location, within walking distance of several coffee shops and restaurants. The house was gorgeous with amazing decor, furniture, and soft beds. The showers worked great. Amenities were abundant. Very clean, beautiful, and CLASSY. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent accomodations and location

We stayed here with our 3 adult children and one of their friends for a few nights at the end of December. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated and right across the street from the beach. Although it didn't apply to us, we noticed the considerations the owners had for younger families as well, by providing a crib, booster chair and children's plates. We did use the pull out sofa in the main living area and it was quite comfortable. The location is also near Atlantic Beach so you have access to restaurants and bars. If you like Italian food, we highly recommend Salumeria in Atlantic Beach - the food was phenomenal. The owners were very responsive throughout our whole process. We would definitely stay here again.

Visiting JAX to watch my daughter play against UNF and Jacksonville U. Wonderful location and well appointed. Do NOT rent next year, same weekend, so we can rent it again :—)

Great location and fantastic host!

So close to the beach we could see the ocean from several windows. The property was clean and nicely furnished- just as the photos show. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking, eating and entertaining needs. Elizabeth was a great host. Quick to respond and and provide guidance and assistance.

Elizabeth was a great host, responsive, simple process in easy detail. Home is very clean & updated. We enjoyed a slow morning drinking coffee viewing photography books provided, kids enjoyed people & dog watching off the balcony. Very cozy & homey, active community walking outdoors. Nice location. Multi level was great for our large geoupwith many ages.

Excellent 4th of July Condo

Nicely renovated, comfortable, great location … exactly as advertised. Perfect location to walk to beach for 4th of July fireworks. Highly recommended.

Easy to come back and forth to and from the beach then shower off outside with the outdoor shower. Starbucks on the same block. Great bicycling! Great people watching!
Plus, it's Super Clean! I want to make sure the home is something I would feel safe and comfortable in and I'm very picky! : ) I'm just a short drive away and always available for my guests every need.
