The Space:

Welcome to your home base in Gainesville! Located less than half a mile from UF, our property features two charming duplexes, each offering two spacious, well-appointed units. Whether you're visiting for a weekend getaway, a family trip, or a longer stay, our comfortable and thoughtfully designed spaces are perfect for your needs. With a total of four units available, this is the ideal spot for groups or families who want to experience the charm and convenience of Gainesville together.



Each of the four units includes:

▻ 2 cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds, fresh linens, and plenty of storage space

▻ 1 full bathroom with modern fixtures and fluffy towels

▻ Fully equipped kitchens with all the essentials to cook your own meals

▻ Open-concept living spaces perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration

Our complex offers a perfect balance of privacy and community. The side-by-side units make it easy for friends or families to gather, while still providing each group with their own space to relax and recharge.

With four units on-site, the space is ideal for families, friends, or colleagues who want to stay close together but still have their own privacy. The relaxed atmosphere and ample outdoor space add an extra layer of comfort to your stay.



Guest Access:

Full access to the home, including: kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, HDTVs, etc. + Parking spaces!



The Neighborhood:

Located within Gainesville's Fifth Avenue neighborhood within walking distance to the University of Florida and Downtown Gainesville.



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft easily accessible right in front of the house! We recommend taking advantage of the location and have some adventures on foot!!



Other Things to Note:

🔇 NO parties or loud music; $500 fee

🦮 NO pets; $250 fee. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required for Service Animals

🚭 NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $250 fee

🙅‍♂️ NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest



📄Please keep in mind that to confirm your reservation you will be required to fill and sign a Guest App, where you will have to upload a valid ID, phone number and email, and choose a damage waiver/deposit option so we can make sure to better cater to your stay. We will give you access to the form immediately after booking. You will find all your booking information there (check in/out info, early check in / late check out options, local guide, property details, etc.)

🎥 We have an active doorbell security camera outside to ensure the safety of guests and our home; it also helps us guarantee that all house rules are being followed

🔊 We have an active noise decibel detector inside that detects excess noise and notifies us

🙋You have been charged for the number of guests selected at the time of booking; for more than 4 guests, there is a $15 nightly charge per extra guest

🔥Please note that propane tanks are not refilled between stays, as it is the guest’s responsibility to refill them if needed. If you do refill the tank during your stay, just send us the receipt, and we’ll gladly reimburse you

😴 Potential for noise: You may have neighbors upstairs/downstairs; light sleepers may be affected

🧹 Be respectful of the space (this is our home) and clean up reasonably after yourself

🗑️ Do not leave any trash outside--we like to keep our community beautiful. 🗑 Trash days are on Wednesdays, if your stay falls that day we'd really appreciate if you could pull the bin to the curb

🔧 Let us know immediately if you accidentally break or damage anything or if anything isn’t working as it should

❕Double-check closets and grab all your things before heading out. Forgot something? We’re happy to help return it for a $30 handling fee plus shipping.



Cancellation Fees:

All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If canceling outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.
