Great property for large family fun

Ideal property for large family gatherings. The room sizes are spacious and include everything needed in each room. The pool is perfect for summer fun with a very nice kiddo pool. Excellent location!

Big open house. Great for family gatherings. Close to university in a very quiet and secluded neighborhood. Host is very responsive to any questions we had.

Wonderful place

Loved everything about the house. House was clean, spacious, and wonderful. However, the yard could have been mowed, pressure was the house, the pool deck needs a lot of work.

One of our favorite rentals!

We love staying at this house. The owner is very responsive and the house is always set up to great standards. There is plenty of room for a large family. This property does not disappoint from the sprawling kitchen, to the comfy living room, and great pool and deck! We will continue to book here for many more trips to Gainesville.

Wow, this is the place.

This place is a real gem. Spacious and open, bright but private.. beautiful. In the morning the hummingbirds were all over and the deer and bunnies, hawks and birds made it feel like an oasis. It was a perfect stay. The yard and pool make for great relaxing or playing outside.

Great Host and place

Everything accommodated our travel softball team and parents. Great location and amenities. The Host Javier was super supportive of our request and needs and even offered us a late checkout to allow us to play our games without the worry of rushing our checkout. Would definitely use his property again when we come back in the summer.

Great spacious house for a big family

We had a great stay at this awesome house. The kitchen is perfect to cook in for a large family. There were plenty of rooms for everyone to spread out. The back deck, pool, grill, and patio is wonderful! We spent a lot of time relaxing by the fire pit, taking dips in the pool, and enjoying the use of the grill. Quiet property, host is very nice as well. We will book again!

Great rental experience!

Overall just a good experience at a wonderful property. The pool is great, and the pond is beautiful. At night it is so full of frogs singing and you can see the stars. The house is large and comfortable. A small issue with the door code upon check-in, but Javier quickly responded and resolved the problem.

Awesome Location!

This property is a peaceful retreat in the heart of Gainesville. It’s feels like you’re miles away from the city, surrounded by the beauty of nature. Within minutes you will find all the amenities Gainesville has to offer, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and of course the University of Florida. The house accommodated our family of twelve very well. There’s plenty of room inside and out for all to enjoy.

Very responsive and accommodating

Javier was absolutely awesome with communication. Also so accommodating. We had a fantastic weekend with friends and family. The house was very clean and we loved all of the Gator memorabilia and decorations. Would most certainly stay here again!! Javier, thanks for the memories and all of your assistance!!!

The 4th of July Party House

We LOVED the size and convenience of the house. It was nice and large with plenty of space to sit, sleep, and play. We enjoyed the peddle boat and brought the kid's kayaks too. The pool and the game room in the garage were also a big hit. The baby shallow pool was a nice spot for littles and parents too. We appreciated the 2 refrigerators!!! They were very much needed. We had a few things come up and the host responded very quickly.

Reunion of friends and UF Graduation - MS Microbiology

We had a great time at the Hidden Lake property. It was perfect for our relatively large group, and the flow of the kitchen, dining area and living room was great, with the bedrooms offering privacy off the main flow. It was a beautiful location, only wish we had better weather to enjoy the outdoor areas more (quite the rainy weekend (& of course, no fault of the owner!). Despite the weather, the house is open and spacious and we had no complaints. Conveniently located close to UF campus, with plenty of nearby shopping for everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful home

We traveled to Gainesville for my son’s wedding. My family and came from different states and stayed in this home. The home was spacious and just a beautiful home. We loved spending time by the fire pit in the evenings, having dinner together. The home is closed to several restaurants and grocery stores. Very very convenient location. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much. I had to reach out to Javier a couple of times, and he responded right away, he’s very friendly and he ensured we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property.

No pool usage!!!!😡😡😡

We come to Florida every March, we are from Wisconsin, so we always book a house with a pool, we love to swim, the pool was not filtering, we told the owner, they did send someone out three times, but it was never fixed,to say it ruined our vacation is an understatement, the house and everything else was great.

Worked well for our group

Positives: Once we settled in this property worked for our large group. The kitchen bar and stools and the grand table were perfect for eating and playing games. The TV area and comfy couches were also a plus. Plenty of beds, bedding, towels, etc. We used the large grill several nights and it worked well. Was too cold to swim, but the outdoor area/furniture was great as well. The property owner/manager was kind and responsive when I called. Negatives: Heating in one of the master bedrooms was an issue the first 2 nights but it was resolved. There was lots of opened food in the pantry and fridges when we got there and a dog bowl full of water and dog hair in the garage. The gate entrance was broken and wide open when we arrived and it kind of gave a run down vibe to the property. We didn't use the paddle boat because we knew we wouldn't be able to put it back the way we found it. The check out instructions via email were different than the ones listed in the VRBO app.

Awesome Get Away!

This was our second year in a row staying at the Sprawling Lakes Resort Home. Beautiful location, property upkeep was a bit lacking this time around, yet the ambiance, and overall stay was magnificent. Property Owner is a pleasure to work with and eager to quickly repair any issues that rose during our stay. Hope to book again in the future!
