Deer Lake State Park 3 min drive or 15 min walk 5 min golf cart ride The most convenient beach access with ample parking cars and golf carts and only point 5 mile away There are new bathrooms grills and shelter at the beach access

Seabreeze Beach Access A five-minute golf cart ride or eight-minute bike ride East on 30A from Prominence

Gulf Lakes Beach Access 3 min drive quick bike ride You can pack lightly to bike and utilize the available bike racks at the access entry to lockup This access is tucked in a residential area off 30A but has a public parking lot about 100 yards from the access entry This one is also great to drive drop off your gear and kids and then have someone park and join you after

Walton Dunes 7 min drive or quick golf cart bike ride An easier entry as it has no boardwalk or steps and you can walk from the road directly onto the beach This is another good option for dropping off passengers and gear before parking in the nearby lot There are plenty of bicycle racks at the access should you decide to ride bikes Beach service is provided here from local vendors

Inlet Beach Regional Access A 15-minute car ride but is a great option with ample parking on-duty Lifeguards and restrooms You cannot take the golf cart to the Inlet Beach Access due to the distance from the house

Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door There is also space for 1 smaller car in the garage There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence

Minimum age to rent the home is 23
