Enjoy two outdoor pools, an indoor pool & spa, tennis courts, koi ponds, and landscaped gardens. The condo is steps from Historic Mitchelville Freedom Park and only 4 miles from Folly Field Beach, offering convenient public parking and full ocean access.

We chose Serenity on the Sound because it offers something unique: the chance to enjoy both sunrise and sunset over the water without leaving the property. There’s something truly special about starting and ending the day with those views.
We also loved that the Soundside beach is just a short, easy walk through the shaded parking lot. It’s not the bustling oceanfront but a quieter shoreline, perfect for long walks, shell collecting, and birdwatching. The opportunity to spot herons, dolphins, and even Bald Eagles made it feel like a hidden treasure. Add in the koi ponds, gardens, and peaceful atmosphere within the community, and it felt like a true sanctuary.
We also knew we wanted balance. Here, you’re surrounded by tranquility, but within minutes you can reach Shelter Cove Marina for dining and shopping or head to Coligny for lively entertainment and oceanfront fun.
