I chose this neighborhood because it’s truly the best of both worlds. Coquina Ave sits in a quiet, friendly part of Anastasia Island, yet it’s just minutes from everything people love about St. Augustine. You’re close enough to bike or walk over the iconic Bridge of Lions into historic downtown, but still tucked away in a peaceful residential area that feels relaxing and safe.

What I enjoy most about the neighborhood
I love the laid-back island vibe here — palm trees, coastal breezes, and neighbors who actually wave hello. I enjoy how close we are to the beaches, local shops, and hidden gems you won’t find in the tourist guides. In the evenings, the whole area feels calm and cozy, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring.
