Update on the dock. August 10th Fishing off the dock is now available,cleaning station was put back in place. We also have added post so you can hook up a hammock so you can relax and enjoy the sun. Boat slips are available. The slips are not included with the price of accoumodation. Please message if you’re interested in renting boat slip

Great place. Very spacious and well furnished. Good location- close to downtown but not in it and close to the beach. Wonderful view of the water. It was very quiet and peaceful watching the sun rise over the water and the stars at night.

Great place! Highly recommend. There was unbelievable attention to detail. Super clean and every amenity you would ever need and more was there. Incredible kitchen and balcony area with beautiful views. Great location in Anastasia island. Will plan to book again. Just was great also and communicated with us.

This place was awesome! Came by boat from New Smyrna Beach weather was epic! Docked at the slip for the house and had an amazing time! House was stocked with everything you need. We had a wonderful stay at this very spacious rental! Our family of 5 stayed very comfortably and lived all of the extras. From snacks in the kitchen to toiletries in the bathroom, this place was very well stocked. We didn’t cook here but did enjoy the coffee bar and kitchen was very well stocked if we had cooked. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location!

I stayed at this property with two friends and one of our granddaughters. We were planning visits to the Alligator Farm and Anastasia State Park and this location was perfect, within minutes of each. The view over Salt Run is also beautiful, and we got up early to see the sunrise. The outdoor deck is great, and the interior is even better than what we expected from the pictures. The host provided lots of free snacks, which were much appreciated, and the kitchen is very well appointed. The host was also very communicative, and instructions for parking and check-in were clear. We look forward to staying here again!

Gorgeous sunrises, fantastic hosts

The hosts were very responsive and stocked the house with lots of amenities. The sunrises were worth getting up for! There was plenty to do on the island and the historical district/beaches were a short drive. Highly recommend.

We highly recommend this vrbo !

If you're looking for a stay that's close to all of the attractions that St. Augustine has to offer and a hidden gem then the Admirals suite is quite simply perfection. My wife and I have visited St. Augustine several times before and found that the typical hotel stays left us wanting more. Many of the hotels we've stayed in were nice enough , but lacked the room and amenities to feel at home. From the initial booking until the minute we were packing to head back home we found ourselves raving over the suites charm and beauty. The pictures online are fairly accurate however they pale in comparison to the stunning wrap around deck which offered a gorgeous view of Salt Run , Anastasia Island , the Lighthouse, and villano Bridge. What we didn't expect was that you can also see glimpses of the ocean in the distance as well as turtles, dolphins, various species of birds and other wildlife all from the comfort of the deck or even from the many windows inside which overlook the waterfront. The beds are comfortable and easy to get a good night's sleep in. All of those things alone are great , but what made it special was the hosts. Communication was top notch! From the initial booking sending all of the information needed to make the stay easy to the thoughtfulness and care that was put into the little touches specific to each guest who stays. Thank you so very much for making our visit feel like home and sending us back to ours with memories that'll last a lifetime! I

Night of Lights Stay

We had the best time staying here! We came for the night of lights and it was perfect. Such a great location and so cozy! The view of the river was amazing as well! Communication was great and anything we needed was thought of! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful sunrise

There were so many “extras” around the condo, things that made you feel welcome. Snacks, coffee, and beach accessories. Nice walk out on the water and the best sunrise. Be ready to get in your steps when walking up to the third floor for that spectacular sunrise. Nicely located between the beach and downtown. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. I feel like the owners put in a lot of extras like snacks, shampoo, etc. Nice place in a good location with a pretty view. It’s on the 3rd floor so stairs are required.
