You'll find 2 bathrooms: one hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo and one in the main bedroom with a walk-in shower. This welcoming property is perfect for families or groups of friends! You'll have access to the large backyard along with the pool (non-heated) and built in grill area!

The living room has seating for 4 on the couch and 3 more on bar stools. There is an electric fireplace and a Large Samsung TV.

The Johnson Ranch community has so much to offer as well: Catch and Release Pond Located at the south end of the Greens Park in between the HOA On-Site office (1475 E. Bella Vista) & Stardust Recreation Area (1554 E. Omega). Features a 1-acre catch and release fishing pond for residents to enjoy! Directions: Traveling east on Bella Vista, turn right on Gray Fox Way, turn right on Silversmith Trail, turn left on Desert Honeysuckle. Park at the volleyball court. Follow the path around the back side of the volleyball court. Disc Golf Course Located at our Stardust Pool Recreation Area (1554 E. Omega Drive). This is a newly renovated course with 9 new DGA baskets and concrete pads at each tee. Each hole has been installed with directional maps that lead you to the next hole. This course on a first come, first serve basis. Pitch and Putt Course Located behind the HOA On-site Office (1475 E. Bella Vista Rd, San Tan Valley, 85143). The Terrace is a full service eatery serving classic American fare for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A 300’ climate controlled patio provides diners a comfortable place to enjoy a distinct menu and take in the majestic views of the surrounding San Tan Mountains. In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.
*After you pay for your reservation, we would like to have a conversation with you over the phone so we can learn more about you and your group and review the important information with you. *HOA requires additional information to register with them prior to your arrival *New users or last minute travelers MAY not be accepted. *Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted. *Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted. *Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted. *Groups of only adults under age 50 MAY not be accepted. Especially all male groups. *Birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions and other events are not allowed. *10pm-7am is "quiet time". *No one is allowed outside front or back after 10pm. *Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 10 adults at any time. *No street parking is allowed at any time *No more than 6 guests at the community pool. *Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations (30 days or more) in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out.

House was well stocked But, definitely could tell it was a rental house. 6 light bulbs outside burnt out, oven light and refrigerator light burnt out. Main door knob only works one way. Instead of fixing they post a note saying turn knob to left. 3 way switch in hall didn’t work. Notified management things never got fixed. Garage door opener didn’t work. Took 3 weeks to repair. Floor boards throughout house were filthy dirty. Opened shades. Cobwebs live and dead bugs behind every shade. Privacy wall is in dire need of painting.
