Escape to this fabulous OCEAN & POOL VIEW apartment on the 2 floor in gated and secured residence with its own exit to the tariffs UNESCO BLUE FLAG BEACH in picturesque Bavaro. This property features 2 bedrooms with a king ,2 queen bed, 2 bathrooms with a shower and hair dryer, and an additional living room space with a cozy sofa bed. Guests can enjoy amenities like an iron, AC, washing machine, hair dryer, and WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with all that they need during their stay. There is nice pool caffe with ocean view where guests can enjoy meal & bavariges
We would like to friendly reminder that :
*Guests pay consumed electricity upon checking in cash.
At the end of your stay , we will send the screenshot of the consumption data from energy deliverer virtual office and amount to be paid, calculated US$ 0,45 ( 45 cents) per kWT.
* Only authorized quests are allowed to enter the residence and the apartment.

As experienced travellers, we found the combination of everything we needed in this beautiful place: amazing warm ocean that protected from unwanted surprises by the coral reefs, nice climate, safe area with great infrastructure, restaurants, stores, banks, hospitals, transportation, and etc.
