Gorgeous totally remodeled 2 bed (both brand new kings) 2 full bath condo in the highly desirable gated Gulf and Bay Club on the world-renowned Siesta Key Beach, a luxury community sitting on 32 acres and offering 3 pools, a fitness center, pickleball, tennis, saunas, hot tub, and its own 800 ft of private beach with lounge chairs available.
The unit is on the top floor in the best building (F), directly on the beach, and your view is of the ocean and the world-famous lifeguard stations. This building is directly on the private beach of Gulf and Bay where you can grab a chair and sunbathe and watch dolphins or get a closeup of a gorgeous sunset.
Enjoy those sunsets from your spacious screened lanai. Plenty of room to have your breakfast, play cards, or enjoy an afternoon cocktail. Beautiful kitchen with Italian marble for either cooking or storing your takeout.
