Located in a prime location, just a 10 minute walk to the Provenza area, known for having the best restaurants, bars, boutiques and nightlife in the city. You will be in a residential area but still close to all the action. Also nearby shopping malls such as Vizcaya Mall within walking distance, or the Oviedo and Santa Fe shopping malls within a 10 min by car.

It has a large dining table with 6 seats, bar chairs, outdoor furniture on the balcony and a large and comfortable sofa. It also has a decorated studio perfect for working remotely.
It features 3 bedrooms each with its private bathroom and dressing room, plus the nice view from its windows.
The kitchen with island is fully equipped for your preparations and from there you can also see the view from the large balcony.
Behind the kitchen is located the laundry room, it's a large space with washer and dryer.
