Experience island living at its finest! Walk to stunning ocean sunsets, watch surfers from cliff tops, and easily access both Waikiki nightlife and local hangouts. This unit is steps from Queens Beach & Kapiolani Park. Comfortable and walkable, it offers a queen bed, full-size futon, and assigned parking.
This unique space was thoughtfully designed to provide you with a perfect recharge haven between your beach visits and local explorations.
Featuring a comfortable queen-size bed and a foldable full-sized bed, suitable for either an adult or two children, this accommodation ensures a restful night's sleep for all guests.
Situated on the outskirts of the city, our location offers the best of both worlds. Just one block south, you'll find yourself at the mesmerizing ocean, while one block west leads you into the heart of the bustling city. Alternatively, venture one block east, and you'll discover a tranquil expanse of nature and peaceful beachside communities and parks stretching for miles.
While there are numerous restaurants within walking distance, should you prefer to cook your own meals, we provide a convenient hot plate for your simple cooking needs.
This place has a dedicated parking stall so theres no need to panic for your overnight parking needs. Reach the places cars cannot, by walking or bicycling to all these special spots (happy to point them out to you upon request). You will soon realize how much Hawaii is liberating when you don’t have to worry about parking.
The guests have full access to the entire unit. This unit comes with a rare special dedicated parking stall, however, during the day our housekeeper may use the stall!
LAUNDRY FACILITIES:
For your convenience, laundry rooms are available on the first floor/lobby level.
It is easily accessible just straight out of the elevator, around the corner. The machines can be operated using either coins or an app.
I try to make myself available for any questions and recommendations for you, depending on what you would like to do.
There is a lot of local secrets, many which would be driven by and missed if you didn’t know to stop. Happy to share food recommendations, local flavor or not, as with activities and share local history.
Location location location. With less than 1 minute walk to the ocean, 2 minute walk to 200 acre park (and 475 acre Diamond Head next to that!) this unit was designed for vacationers that wanted both walkable nature as well as the choice of being close to the culture and multitude of food options when they choose to be more urban. A rare location that lets you have it both ways if you walk a minute in either direction.
This unit has a rare parking stall included for Waikiki.
If you want beach and nature access, walking or bicycling is the way to go. While our bus system is quite good and safe, driving is also recommended for anything beyond 10+ miles with a plan in mind. Every island has traffic. You cannot escape that even in the small islands. We just don’t have enough roads or space for roads, even on the less populated islands.
There are bus stops located on Kapahulu Ave, less than a block away, as well as Biki stations (bikeshare).
Although this unit has a dedicated parking spot, our housekeeper may use it between the times of 9am-4pm, since our building has policies for loading and unloading to make it easier for her. During those hours there's always plenty of spaces in the "First Come First serve" parking lot on the upper level.
One thing to note is that since this building does not allow lockboxes on the property, check in will be done in person. We will coordinate a time to meet, preferably between the hours of 2pm and 7pm. early check in and times outside of that can be accommodated as well. However please contact us first.
***Kindly note that all late check-ins (after 10pm) will incur a $50 check-in fee.
