Favorite spot

Absolutely love this property, 2nd year staying here in 2 different condos and loved them both! Quick access to the beach and restaurants, perfect with little kids! Would only change the key access to the beach for the fact that sometimes 2 keys just isnt enough for the beach access when youre running with little kids. Other than that have never had any issues!

The condo was beautiful, clean, updated and located in a great area.

We had everything we needed for our stay. There were even chairs and toys for the kids which was a plus when you are flying and minimizing what you can pack. Awesome job! Would definitely consider staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay and found everything as listed. We had only one issue with toaster, and were amazed at how quickly it was replaced.

Enjoyed our stay @ The Trillium!

The condo is clean, bright, up-to-date & has a fabulous first floor view of the ocean. We loved that the Trillium is small & the beach was never crowded. Resort Rentals, the management business that handled our booking, was very accommodating & had great people. There are many wonderful restaurants, challenging golf courses, & beach service close by. We would recommend this property.

Best week!

Great condo! Right on the beach. It was very clean and has the best stocked kitchen. It was so easy to go to and from the beach each day. The condo is also near John' Pass, which is full of retail and restaurants. It is a great location for a family vacation. You won't be disappointed.

Great Location!!

We love Madeira Beach. This unit has a great location however the unit only is outfitted like a hotel room. Beach towels are not provided. The kitchen is left totally bare aside from dishes-no paper products, aluminum foil, seasoning, any dishes to store cooked food in etc…This is all fine if you consider it like a hotel room vs. a condo.

Great location!!

The condo was very nicely decorated and clean. The location was great!! So close to the beach and within walking distance of a number of restaurants. Door locks and check-in need to be updated to keypads!! It took 3 days for a maintenance man to come unstop the shower drain. The lighting in the condo is horrible. Very dark and gloomy at night making it difficult to read or do much of anything. This needs to be corrected. Overall we enjoyed our stay and plan to go back.

AMAZING VIEW!!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. You can't beat the views - especially the sunset! The beach is quieter than Clearwater or St. Pete's which we liked. I'm glad we rented a car since we had to pick up/drop off the keys about 10 minutes away. The condo was fairly clean when we checked in except for a little sand on the kitchen chairs and floor near the closet. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, but the refrigerator needs a little attention (several of the drawers were broken so we didn't use them). The beds were comfortable which is very important to me. Any issues were very minor, and we would definitely recommend staying at this condo. Overall, it was a great trip!!

Trillium unit 1A stayed 7/23- 7/30/22

This unit needs to be scrubbed good top to bottom! There is very little water pressure in the shower in the master bathroom. The tub/shower in the guest bathroom is very slick needs a mat in the tub. Had to wash bath towels and wash cloths everyday as there are only 6 in the unit. This unit has not been recently remodeled as is advertised. Otherwise a good place to stay. Madeira Beach is beautiful and relaxing we enjoyed our stay.

We could not use the A/C due to its incapacity to cool unit. Set it for 78 and left for day and it was 87 in unit when we returned. I found another review about this same problem after we booked. This matter should be addressed. Unfair for renters.

Great condo!

We love this condo. Its location is perfect. It overlooks the pool and the beach. It is newly remodeled and nicely done. We would stay here again. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathrooms were well done and clean. There is a restaurant two doors down that we unfortunately found the last two days of our stay. We wish we had found it sooner. There is a beach side bar that you can walk right up to and get food or drink. Very convenient. Two things that could be improved upon. 1. The master bed mattress is not very comfortable. Every time the other person in the bed moves the whole bed shakes. And the sheets are scratchy. 2. The check in/out process is not very convenient. We had to drive 10 minutes the opposite direction to get to the rental office that had the keys and then again to drop them off. Not such a big deal for check in. But for check out when we had to be at the airport at 4:40am, that extra 20 minutes matters. I believe this is due to the hurricane last year and the closer rental office being closed for repairs. Neither of these things were deal breakers for us. We would still stay there again!

Not clean

The unit wasn’t clean. Dust was on everything, baseboards were nasty. It looked the unit hasn’t been cleaned really good in a long time. It needs a deep clean.

The other renters and owners were friendly. We ate at Dockside Dave's, Sloppy Joes and Caddys. Wish there were more restaurants on the beach in this area. We used Island Hopper to get around. Very efficient and inexpensive. Did not need to rent a car. It is always thrilling when there we spotted dolphins swimming in the Gulf.

Location was amazing right on the beach within walking distance or quick bus ride to restaurants, shops and sightseeing. Beautiful view of the gulf with dolphins swimming by from the private balcony. The pool was never crowded on or stay and is decent size for the 15 units in the trillium building. I would highly recommend a stay here.

The view is beautiful especially the sunsets, love the location, restaurants, and Johns Pass. Management was very responsive when we needed assistance. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you would need. The unit is not “newly” remodeled, but in OK condition, the unit was clean on the surface, but a deep cleaning is needed. The unit is directly over the pool, which at times was very noisy.

The unit has a very nice kitchen and was fully stocked with anything you may need. The inviting living room has the right amount of seating and again with a gorgeous view of the gulf. The master bath is very nice with double sinks and a gorgeous walk in shower. We enjoyed spending time on our balcony that overlooked the gulf and the pool. It's the perfect place to sit and watch the sun set. Trilium is situated in the middle of Madeira Beach and just two doors down from Caddy's which was very convenient. We will definitely stay here again and we can't wait to return!

Clear instructions were given to me via email leading up to my vacation and in the packet I picked up with my keys. The condo is beautifully decorated. It was clean and had everything I could need. Sitting on the balcony is like sitting on the beach--such an amazing view. The condo is conveniently located to stores and restaurants, and to John's Pass.
