Perfect trip

The location was great because out of the crazy bussle of CB. The condo was so easy to access concert and fireworks. Basically have wonderful hiking outside the door. No way to describe the blooms of multi wildflowers. Very dog friendly. We will be back

Wonderful!

The process of staying was great from booking to the end of our stay. Very comfortable and clean. The location is wonderful if you want to go hiking and be away from the hustle and bustle of the town (only a 6 minute drive). The views are incredible! Just overall a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend.

Nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen. Great location, stairs up to condo from parking lot. We would stay here again —even with the stairs, plenty of exercise 😄

It is a great location with magnificent views of the town of CB and the surrounding majestic mountains. Our unit 2-bedroom was in great shape, with recent updates. It was very comfortable.

Perfect fall colors and perfect cozy condo

This place is simply great. The owners have thoughtfully stocked the kitchen with just about pot and pan and utensil that you need to cook- not to mention a good supply of spices in the freezer and industrial sizes of tin foil and plastic wrap. The decor is really special-- they must have renovated a few years back and the results are top notch. The couches and chairs were very comfortable as were the beds. Each sleeping area has its own bathroom which was appreciated. The condo building itself is older (think modest water pressure) but it has been kept up well. I would highly recommend this place.

Great access to mountain! Little drafty from front door and the door would not lock. I believe they are having maintenance look at that. Otherwise was enjoyable trip.

Perfect location

True ski in and ski out. Nice spacious condo. We had a family of four and we were very comfortable. I think this is the best unit in the complex as you can walk right out the door and onto your skis. Place was clean and had all of the amenities we wanted. I hope we get a chance to come back here again. And Crested Butte doesn’t disappoint. Amazing terrain on the mountain and a cool downtown with lots of great dining options. What a beautiful place.

Really easy to ski down to the West Wall lift. Skiing back in takes a little more work when Oh Be Joyful isn’t in the best shape, but it’s do able. Pet friendly with sheets to put on the furniture for the dogs. Property management is on site everyday during ski season and very friendly. Great place and would stay again.

This location was great for the downhill biking and we were able to come back to the condo for lunch. We also road the cross country trails in town and then rode the bike path back up to the mountain, which was great. The condo was well stocked and clean. I would stay here again!

Great unit!

Great unit! Well stocked and very comfortable. Nice layout. Staff was was great. Very easy to ski out of, but to ski back in, you do need to go through Crested Butte’s closed trail ski area (there are signs) Lots of other residents were doing it, but if crested wanted to enforce catching you in a no ski area, the penalties are stiff.
