The Space:

Admire amazing sunsets from the Gulf-view balcony of this beautifully appointed condo. You’ll love the Holiday Villas III complex - a family-friendly getaway on soft white sands. Relax by the heated pool after a dip in the emerald waters of the Gulf!



Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.



Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with generous counter space and stainless steel appliances. Kick back in the open living area or unwind in the privacy of your primary suite! All beds have been outfitted with cool gel memory foam mattresses so you can rest and relax in comfort.

The property itself was in good condition. However, the check in process was unacceptable. My husband had to send a copy of his drivers license and photo id which he was unhappy to comply with because he has had his identity stolen before. Also, the Team would not send check in information until 2 days prior to arriving at the property which I didn't like. I don't think I will be renting from VRBO again due to these conditions.

We had such a wonderful 2 weeks and perfect weather. We loved the quiet beach , The construction was a little disappointing, but when it's finished the updates are going to be beautiful. Great communication .
