Just minutes from Timberline Mountain and Canaan Valley Resort, it’s ideal for skiing, snowboarding, and winter fun, or for hiking, biking, and golfing during warmer seasons. You’ll also be a short walk from Davis’s local breweries, restaurants, shops, and the grocery store—everything is within a 10-minute stroll.



Canaan Valley is known for its scenic views, abundant outdoor activities, and nearby Blackwater Falls State Park, where you can enjoy hiking trails and stunning waterfalls. It’s also a great area for stargazing due to its dark skies.



Our dog-friendly condo ensures your pup can come along (just let us know in advance). Great overall stay! My husband and I hike in the Dolly Sods every year and this was the first time we stayed here. We love that it’s just a short walk to restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay here again!

The unit was perfect for our needs. It was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. It was also right in town.The property owner was very helpful and checked in on us via email. I would highly recommend this property.

The property was amazing! It was spacious, clean and so close to the main street as well as a walking path along the water! Towels for my dog were left by the door, which I thought was a very nice touch! Excellent stay and experience. Would definitely rent this again!

Perfect Location

I stayed at this apartment for two nights. It was a perfect location for hiking in Blackwater Falls State Park, Dolly Sods, and Seneca Rocks. Not only that, I was able to walk to restaurants in the evening on Main Street in Davis. The apartment was immaculate and I commend the cleaning staff. I would definitely recommend staying here.

fantastic communication with the host. they are great to work with! will definitely be getting my repeat business! the property was nice, clean and comfortable. it was tricky to locate but the host gave great directions. you won’t regret your stay!

We were within walking distance to the downtown area. Unfortunately we were there before peak season so a lot of things were still closed. Had quite a few restaurants, even ate free for Mothers Day. The location is perfect for hikers and those that love to explore the outdoors. Close to several beautiful parks.
