Lots of restaurants nearby, many kosher. Easy parking. Strong AC. Stayed a few days while theere was construction going on at own home nearby. Host was very responsive.

Our stay here was great! We were here for a graduation at UCLA and it was a good location (about a 15-20 min drive). The home is located in a safe neighborhood and it’s just as described. The check in instructions were clear and very helpful. The home is cozy but fit our group of 9 fine. There is ample street parking and there were close stores and places to eat. The hosts are responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great place!

Doesn’t look like the pictures walls were all stained even the stairs handles were all stained we had allot of issues with spiders being around the rooms and the house when we entered had a weird smell parking was a big issue

We want to clarify that our property has a dedicated, professional cleaning team that maintains the home to a high standard between every stay. The marks on the walls are characteristic of flat paint, which is more prone to scuffs than other finishes — this is something we're actively addressing as part of ongoing property updates, and not a reflection of cleanliness. Regarding the smell upon arrival, this was most likely the scent of the professional-grade cleaning agents our housekeeping team uses — a sign the home had just been thoroughly cleaned for your arrival. We understand it can be strong initially and will look at ways to ensure the space is well-ventilated before check-in. We do have a regular pest control schedule in place and have arranged an additional treatment following your stay to address any spider activity. As for parking, there is typically plenty of free parking available at and around the property — this is not something we hear complaints about from our guests, so we're sorry if something made it difficult during your particular stay. We appreciate the feedback and hope you'll consider giving us another chance to deliver the experience our guests consistently enjoy.

We had a group of 5 people staying for two nights. The price was reasonable, and the property was in a very central location. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Finding street parking was very easy. The house was sufficient for our stay with 1.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, and two bedrooms. Everything seemed clean. The only issue was that we could not reach the host until 8:30pm on check-in day when we had a couple of questions about check-in. Apart from that, it was a pleasant stay.

We want to clarify for our valued guests that the recent poor review was related to circumstances beyond our control. During this guest’s stay, the city temporarily shut off the water due to underground pipe bursts in the area. Unfortunately, this outage lasted for an extended period of time and affected the entire neighborhood. While we completely understand how frustrating it was to be without water for cooking or showering, this issue was not related to the condition of the home or the actions of the hosts, but rather a municipal utility emergency handled by the city.
