The Vrbo I booked in the spring for the Air Force Marathon cancelled at the last minute, so I reached out to a few others just days before. The charm, decor and price of this eclectic space stood out to us and we went for it. Definitely the PERFECT choice!This was a terrific experience from beginning to end. The ease of check in, coffee pods in a bowl on the kitchen counter, water filter in the fridge, neatly displayed towels in the bathroom and even the glittery peacock wallpaper in the bedroom covered every detail one could think of. The host was immediately responsive to anything that came up and even took the time to leave little American flags in the potted plant on the porch that we appreciated upon returning from the marathon on the Air Force base (which was the weekend's event to honor my late father). The one thing (that is NOT within the host's control) that could have made this a stellar experience was total quiet. However, the next door neighbors had a very loud party on Saturday afternoon with at least 10-12 cars parked everywhere and obnoxiously loud booming music that caused things in the house to vibrate from the bass (this definitely made it difficult after the race to find the tranquility we needed after such an adrenaline rush in the morning).The location was ideal to zip around in an Uber to get to the Fitness Expo, Kroger's, the event's location, as well as to/from the airport. Overall, a great time in Dayton by a host who truly cares about you!

We take great pride in taking care of our guests. We personally clean, sanitize and tidy up our Airbnb. We do not outsource these important tasks.
Dayton has been my home for 20 years. I'm self employed, the owner of a busy tax office in Kettering. My father a carpenter, my mother a realtor and my sister a decorator. I enjoy buying homes and fixing them up just like my dad used to do. Hosting brings me happiness, it allows me to be creative with home decor and offer a nice place to stay for families and their furry friends at a reasonable rate.
