This is a beautiful home and very spacious. The location is idea for privacy. The management team was quick to address any questions or concerns. The layout of the home was perfect for huge families vacationing together. Each bedroom with a full bath was nice. We requested a heated pool and the temperature was perfect every day. The trash is picked up daily. Very secure neighborhood. The clubhouse facility was a great value and option for the kids, they were able to meet and hang out with other people and loved the lazy river pool. The home is within distance to a Publics, Walmart, Marshalls, Ross, JC Penny, Burlington and various restaurants. The home is stocked with the amenities needed to cook and serve. We had hosted a Christmas dinner with over 18 people and the home fit everyone comfortably on the inside downstairs. The upstairs mini living room was a great spot for the teenagers to hangout and play video games or just be. The home was easy to maintain. The drive way could fit 6 vehicles. The home offers a good deal of parking in front. The area is definitely a good place to rent.

For the most part we loved this property and location. Probably needs to be updated and painted. Air conditioner wasn’t working but they got it fixed.

Waited 30-40 minutes to get back into the property everytime. Traffic is always backed up on that road. After resort was paid for (supposedly all fees included). I got an email the next day requesting an additional payment for deposit. After leaving house clean and tidy, i got an email saying towels were dirty, and bed covers that were on beds that we didnt use were dirty. They sent pics of old pillows that had old sains on them. They said we put the stains there. They said we broke a washing machine we NeVER USED. And that they were keeping the additional deposit they requested. This seems to be a suspicious. When I paid for the use of the residence it said ALL TAX AND FEES INCLUDED, then I get an email next day demanding a great amount for deposit so they can find a way to keep it. Avoid at all costs.

Basic needs met

Pros: Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. House is very spacious. Check in and entry was simple. Kitchen was stocked with most of the utensils that we needed. Cons: Beds were uncomfortable. A/C worked very sporadically while we were there. The dishwasher did not work. The frig/freezer reeked of old fish our entire 8 day stay. The entire house could use a little update: fresh coat of paint, new carpet, new furniture. All in all, our basic needs were met, but I definitely would not consider this property above average.

Nice location for Disney parks.

The house is nice, but we had a few issues. The smell of sewer outside made sitting by the pool unpleasant. We also had an issue with a gas leak. The gas company came quickly to investigate and said there was a gas leak from the stove, so we were unable to use the stove all week. If you are planning on cooking at the house, you will have to purchase everything. Nothing in the cabinets, not even salt & pepper. Only other suggestion would be to have tv's in the bedrooms. All in all, we had a magical Disney family vacation.

Large home

This was our first time staying in a house while vacationing in Florida. It was a perfect fit for our family - extended with children of all ages. There were 3 separate hang out areas and a finished garage with pool, air hockey and foosball! We were able to relax separately but still be together. The kitchen was large and allowed several people to be cooking at one time. The pool was a nice addition to the stay. Also the way the house is situated on the cul-de-sac, you didn't have any close neighbors! Even room in the back yard. Only a couple concerns....there were not enough towels to last into the next day. We had to wash towels daily. Also there were some people upset that there were not TV's in all the bedrooms. Other than those minor issues, it was perfect! We look forward to staying here again next year!

Property management answered promptly only problem what dryer didn't work and wasn't fixed

Over all it was nice moderately clean just had a problem or two. The dryer didn't work and wasn't fixed. Also a minor thing was there was no blender and needed a few more tawels. Property management might need to do some deep cleaning one of the bathrooms upstairs looked like it had mold in the window shades and the shower curtain,also in the hooks there was some rust.

Ok house. So many things missing

House was ok somewhat close to Disney. House is nice but is needs attention to details. We were 4 adults 3 children. I should’ve listened to the reviews.Not enough pots and pans for a simple meal. No paper towels, no dish soap nor dishwasher soap, basic things that a rental should have this house was lacking. We paid for a grill and got a small charcoal cheap grill that costs less than 25 bucks( have never heard of a vacation house not offering grill) pool was heated nicely but spa was very cold. No info on how to handle the trash. Nice community and pool.would definitely come back to solterra but not to this house.

This was a good size home for our group of 6. We were excited about the game room, however, it was so hot that we didnt get to enjoy it as there is no central air or fans in there. The pictures are accurate and the home is lovely. It was pretty clean except for some minor things around the ceiling vents and above the kitchen stove. We had some issues with pests in the kitchen which was disturbing for us as we're not use to that. We know it's common in FL but we didn't dare cook anything which added the expense of eating out. The fridge had an unexplained smell which they tried to remedy but it came back after a couple of days. I believe they were trying to find the issue. The owners were very nice and would respond to messages in about 4-6 hrs. Management was a bit easier to reach. The resort itself is very nice and clean, mostly quiet. We had a surprise hot air balloon land in our back yard which was kind of neat. There was also a gecko that made its way into the home. He supplied some entertainment while the kids chased him around. It was safely caught and released back outside. If you're looking for a relaxing atmosphere then this is the place to be. It's at the end of a cul de sac and only has the one neighbor which offers great privacy for your family get away. The resort lazy river is relaxing and the main pool is a great place to enjoy a cocktail.

Family Getaway

Overall, the property was technically as listed. Right number of rooms/amenities. We slept 12 people, comfortably. The common areas had adequate seating. So we were comfortable. Games room was well insulated for sound, and pool area clean/ maintained. However We did lose our entire first day to reporting and awaiting maintenance issues. Sink drain was leaking (and had been for a long time)... to the extend that water was flowed through the cupboard onto the tile floor when the drain was pulled. Electrical issues in the kitchen as most recipticals didnt work, and the wires had clearly burned inside one of them. Additionally, the wifi network and password provided didnt match the network available, which as small business owners ourselves, we were relying on while vacationing. The owners were responsive, and the property management team did worn to resolve eavh of these issues (new elctrjcal outlets installed, sink faucet and drain replaced, and rhe internet company was out to do a reset on site within 24 hrs). But. It all felt like a little much- things that maybe shouldve been rectified before our arrival. Lastly, I know the unuts are treated for insects regularly and appreciate that. However, there seems to be a bit of a beetle issue. These guys hide in the daytime, so were really noticed at night or by whoever entered the kitchen first- but the first day I opened the dishwasher to emoty it, 5 of them scurried in to the hinges - from inside!!

Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. It was spacious with lots of open area. We also really liked that the house was in a 24 hour gated community and only an eight minute drive from a plaza with grocery store, liquor and a Target. The furniture is leather which is nice because it was easy to wipe. Each bedroom had its own bathroom plus there was a communal bathroom on the main floor. There was enough dishes, silverware, utensils, mugs and cookware. Nice big pantry beside the fridge. The fridge had a broken drawer and shelf on the door. We rented a BBQ and brought our own BBQ utensils. You would need to bring tea towels and dish cloths. There was 4 hand towels.. The pool was nice and we paid for heat. The area around the pool is small but it worked for us. There was only 1 lounge chair and 5 reg chairs. The amenities at the resort were great and no extra cost. We used the exercise room, play ground, lazy river (which was not heated), and the pool which was heated at the resort. As for the house, there were a few minor issues but we made it work. When we first arrived the carpets were very wet. We appreciated that the carpets were cleaned but they were wet for 3-4 days and the property management did not provide any fans to help dry the carpets. There was a broken fan in the garage. There was only 6 chairs at the dining room (which the picture showed 8) and 1 stool at kitchen counter (picture showed 3). This was very important to us when we were looking for a place as we wanted to be able to sit and have meals all together. There was a broken chair and stool in the garage. The games room needs better ventilation. There was a musty odour, had mold on the couch, pool table, and other items in the garage (high chair, strollers). The pool table, had 1 stick broken and the other had no end on and plus no chalk). The foosball table the leg supports were broken. This mustiness made it impossible for us to utilize this area during our stay. The property manager sent someone out the next day with a new pool stick and to clean the mold. We had already cleaned the high chair because we needed to use it. They were suppose to send someone to take a look at the issues and never did. The mattress on the beds are well worn and the box springs were noisy when you sat on the beds. The drains in the tubs really need to be looked at as you end up standing in water by the time you are done showering. You can park 3 vehicles in the the driveway.

Beautiful home

This is a really great house. We loved our stay here. It was perfect for our family. You walk into a huge living room/dining room in the front, then a nice kitchen and half bathroom, and another huge living room behind the kitchen. There is one nice king (I think, maybe queen?) bedroom downstairs, the bathroom is right outside the bedroom. This is also the "pool bathroom, since its right inside the back door. Upstairs there is another living room and five bedrooms including the master, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is huge. The other bedrooms are small-ish. The ones with king or queen beds are just bed, basically. There's no room for anything else, like if a couple with a baby wanted to stay in one of those rooms, u can't fit a packnplay in the room unless u start moving the furniture. There are no tvs in any of the bedrooms except the master, which for us was a huge plus. There is a tv in the upstairs living room and in the downstairs back living room. The pool is a nice size. The area around the pool is small but was fine for us. There is no pool gate but the sliding door that goes to the pool is so hard to open that if u keep it closed there's no way a kid is getting out. The management is very good here, any little issues we had they sent someone the next day to fix. All in all, it was lovely and we would stay here again.

No thrills

The house was in a good location, but once inside everything went down hill. 1. There were bugs 2. No tv’s in bedrooms. 3. Owners didn’t change refrig filter and when cooking the alarms would go off and wake up those who chose to sleep in.

Family Getaway

Overall, our stay was a pleasant experience. The resort amenities (ie., pool, lazy river, etc.) were nice. The house itself was roomy, but the finishes showed obvious wear (i.e., the carpet was matted, the kitchen counter was separating, the pots/pans were scratched, etc.). The garage/game room lacked ventilation and the games were worn (i.e., bent darts, laminating loose on air hockey table, etc.). The pool and the hot tub were nice, but the handrails was loose.

Home away from home!

Great location, very spacious. The only downfall was the constant screeching of the alarm when going out by the pool. Also, no televisions in bedrooms. Overall, we had a great time!
