Beautiful home close to beach

My family of 5 had a great week at this beautiful home. The house is comfortable and kid friendly. Check in and communication was wonderful and seamless. A short walk or bike ride to the beach made day to day very easy and it was wonderful to come home to such a beautiful space. We look forward to visiting again.

Exceptional Property

This home had a complete makeover and is comfortable, functional, and very well designed. Very easy to entertain large families and separate groups all under one roof. An exceptional experience that we all loved. Close to the beach and yet in a quiet wooded area. We will be back for certain!

Beautiful beach getaway

This goose rocks beach house is wonderful! Plenty of room, beautifully decorated, and all the amenities you could want. It was very clean, newly renovated and the rooms are spread out for different generations to enjoy. We all enjoyed the roof deck (even though we didn’t have the best weather) and the area is so peaceful and friendly. The management company (kport) was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We will definitely return.

Beautiful Maine

We loved the house, and it’s very close to the beach… but not on the water. The house was perfect for two families with kids and had a fabulous kitchen and TV room and loft. Note: bring your own shampoo as the house is only stocked with bodywash. Goode Rocks beach is gorgeous. I would recommend stocking the house with beach towels.

Family Trip

We visited in June for an annual family trip. The house was beautiful and worked really well for our group of extended family. There was plenty of common space but the bedrooms felt private. We never felt like we were on top of each other. The location couldn’t have been better! It was such a quick walk to the beach. We hope to be back in future years.

The house interior was well designed and very well fitted out and designed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent and the kitchen/ dining areas were excellent as was the sun room. The exterior of the house could use some updating and maintenance. Suggest getting a standard propane grill for tenant use. Overall it was an excellent property for our stay. Thanks.

9 Prescott looks great on paper. We were a family of seven adults and a one-year-old staying July 3–11, 2026. The attached apartment was perfect for my daughter, her husband, and baby, giving them privacy and a quiet retreat.Unfortunately, there were several disappointments. On our first night, the power went out during a very hot evening. Although the house has a generator, it never activated, and we had no idea where to find flashlights. Thankfully, Kport Concierge responded quickly - sent a handyman, who returned the next day to confirm that the generator needs work. The 10-minute walk to Goose Rocks Beach became tiring while carrying chairs, umbrellas & coolers. We were never told about ongoing road construction or the new home being built directly across the street. The constant trucks, noise, & dust were a significant nuisance, especially on the unpaved road. For the rental price, the home needs updating. Bedroom lighting is poor, window A/C units struggled upstairs, & the kitchen lacked adequate cookware, serving bowls, lobster tools & pantry storage. The cookie sheets were unusable due to baked-on grease. The backyard was overrun with mosquitoes, the picnic table needs replacing, and the lawn was sprayed during our stay, limiting outdoor use. Several beach chairs were broken, although the umbrellas and beach games were appreciated.Overall, the layout is excellent, but given the premium price, the owner should make improvements & better communicate with guests.

Enjoyable week exploring Maine in the fall

We stayed at this property in October with 2 other couples for 5 days prior to a wedding we were attending. The house was beautiful - true to the photos and it was great because each couple had their own area of the house for a bedroom and bathroom. There were all high-end appliances in the kitchen as well as the washer/dryer. We used the firepit out back and took a walk to the beach. We loved our stay but I have 2 small criticisms (very minor). One is that the dining area is very dark. There are 2 small bulbs but at night it's a dark area. The stairway is also on the darker side and there are 2 half-stairs that you need to watch out for. On the way down, people were tripping and missing the second one because it's not very visible. Some tape on the end of the stairs could fix that. Also, the light switches were very confusing and maybe labeling them would be helpful - or at least mention it in the handy house guide. It took me a full 3 minutes to figure out how to shut the kitchen lights the first night! But all in all we loved our stay and would recommend highly!!

This rental was just perfect in ever way! The house was beautiful and very accommodating .

Our vacation was perfect! The comfort of the house with all the amenities that are included were more than what we expected. We did spend every night playing corn hole and singing by the fire. And the weather cooperated! We used several suggestions from the Guest Guide and we were never disappointed!
