Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're happy to hear the check in process was easy and that you enjoyed the location. We're very sorry to hear the cleanliness fell short of expectations. That's never the experience we want for our guests, and we'll be addressing it with our housekeeping team. We appreciate the feedback and hope you'll give us another opportunity to show you the level of care we're known for.

Plenty of parking spots. Short walk to the park and riverside. One of the AC units is old, either on or off, not automatic. Bathroom fan is very noisy. Didn't use the stove or gas cooking burners but it seems to work. Bathroom tubs are clean, hot water works very good, very quick and strong. Overall are okay, would stay again if price is reasonable.

Location is great. The unit was only ok. The air conditioner doesn’t do much, the floors were filthy on arrival, and the WiFi barely works. If you’re looking to work remotely (which we were) it’s not really possible based on WiFi nor are you able to stream any movies or shows. We will be back to Bend but not here.

Hannah, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location, but we’re truly sorry the rest of your experience didn’t meet expectations. The concerns you mentioned around cleanliness, air conditioning, and the Wi-Fi, are not the standards we want for our guests: and we understand how disappointing this must have been, especially since you were hoping to work remotely and relax during your stay. We’ve shared your comments with both our housekeeping and maintenance teams so that these issues can be addressed promptly. We appreciate your honesty and are sorry we did not meet expectations. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity to provide a much better experience in the future.

My Stay at Hunker Downtown, Bend.

Check-in was very easy, and the full kitchen was a great asset during my stay. Plenty of parking and a great location overall. The room is tucked away from most of the parking so its something to consider if you don't pack light!

Good gateway for a Bend visit

The condo is spacious, comfortable and clean.Kitchen was well stocked. It does need a nice lamp in the living room instead of bright white lights above stove between kitchen and living area. It is in a great location near Pioneer Park and the river trail . The unit was a bit noisy with traffic and the balconies needed needed sweeping and balcony tables cleaned. All in all a very nice stay.

The property is kinda run down. The bed is small and uncomfortable. The furniture and finishes are cheap. There is a Kurig coffee maker, but they provide ground coffee. I couldn’t find a reusable/refillable k cup, so I texted the office and still (as of this writing) have no response. So they had ground coffee with no way to make coffee. The floors were filthy. My white socks got dirty from walking around (we are both shoes off at the door people, so it wasn’t from us). We wanted to use the grill but it was atrocious and filthy. The only redeeming factor is the proximity to downtown.
