You deserve to relax and unwind in our newly built luxury community located just minutes from I-75 at Exit 229 in Palmetto. All of the luxury conveniences of home await you with 1,2,3 bedroom floorplans designed with you in mind. Our homes are open concept with large screened lanais, not to mention Stainless Steel appliances, quartz countertops, faux wood flooring, hand-milled cabinetry, 9' ceilings, and tons of storage! Also, included in your home package, we provide a private intranet free of charge with high-speed streaming capabilities. Every detail of your lifestyle has been considered!

Landing requires that all guests pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check. For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN to run a soft credit check on the primary guest. Once you book, we’ll share a secure link for you to access our screening process.
