Whatever your jam, you'll find something incredible to do. The pool is open and heated year-round, so this is the perfect destination, no matter the season.
When you need some down time, we've provided plenty to do at home. The kids are sure to enjoy the basketball arcade, PacMan arcade and Nintendo switch while you relax with a TV in every bedroom and common area, read a book from the mini library, or lounge on the covered back patio while enjoying a burger from the grill.
It would be hard to imagine a more convenient location. We're two minutes from Exit 13 on I-15, one mile from multi-use trails (mountain bike, hiking and equestrian) through incredibly scenic red-rock country, two miles from a veritable OHV playground, and just minutes away from restaurants and shopping. Incredible Sand Hollow and Quail Creek are less than 20 minutes away for water sports, more mountain biking and more OHV trails. Beautiful Zion National Park is just 40 miles away.
The house features two master suites, one with a workspace with external monitor if you just can't get away from work. Three bedrooms have just one bed, making the space ideal for multiple couples. Two bedrooms are equipped with twin-over-queen bunkbeds for large groups.
A well-equipped kitchen with indoor and patio dining will make meals easy and enjoyable. There is a gas barbecuer for steak or burger night.
Have a large group? The house has a two-car garage with two more parking spaces in the driveway. Additional free first-come first-served parking is available directly across the street and around the community amenities area. There are several deep parking spaces scattered throughout the community for trailer parking.
To make your adventures more convenient, we've provided a large cooler. We've also provided a travel crib, high chair and baby/infant dishes if you're traveling with small ones.

The HOA is getting picky about street parking. Please park in the garage or in the public parking surrounding the pool.
