This residence features a private, beautifully landscaped patio complete with outdoor furnishings, perfect for relaxation or entertaining. This newly-renovated home boasts a chef’s kitchen, striking exposed brick walls, and expansive glass panels that provide seamless views of the lush patio. An outdoor cooking area further enhances the inviting atmosphere, while the interior comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Additionally, there is a media room downstairs convertible into the third bedroom with a queen-sized sofa bed, and another room which includes a Peloton bike and a workstation. Situated near major transportation hubs and exceptional dining options, this property offers the ideal balance of luxury and convenience.







To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.



The Neighborhood:

Gramercy Park is a quiet, well-to-do residential area with brownstones and upscale apartment buildings on tree-lined streets. Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



This property requires owner approval for all reservations, and is subject to a background check after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
