You'll love the unique setting of this property! It's like having your own little nature retreat right in the city. Being up on the hill and surrounded by trees gives you amazing views and a really peaceful vibe. Plus, you're only a quick 10-minute drive to all the action – downtown, shopping, the university, and tons of great places to eat and drink.
