This house was even better than the pictures. It very spacious, the kitchen is nice and has any utensil you could need. It was cold so we didn't really use the deck or yard but it would be such a fun place to spend time in good weather. The fence very secure if you have a dog and it's quiet outside. We dint make it in time for sunset but the city lights view is spectacular. Also, love that it's walking distance to trails. I wish we had more time to explore!

This was a very cute house. We really liked it BUT it needs to be noted that the 4th bedroom is really a converted closet inside the master bedroom, so is technically only a 3 bedroom house with 5 beds. It would be great for kids who can stay in the same room with parents, but turned out to be awkward for an adult having to stay in the same room with a couple. Otherwise, the house was lovely and conveniently located.

Growing up in Albuquerque, and being away for length of time, brought me to wanting to rent a home with a sunset view. We got exactly what we wanted! Every night. For me, you can’t put a price on this view it was so worth it! Beds are comfortable, nice to be able to do laundry, and also nice to be able to cook. The kitchen was stocked with appliances and such. We enjoyed several of the games and the yoga mats that were provided. Anyone would be lucky to be able to rent this place!
First time opening the back door to see the view! Brought me to tears.
Watching sunsets and City Lights every night from the back deck. The sunsets I remember from being a kid.
Corn hole on top of the green in the backyard. You can see in the sky there is a sack being thrown. lol
Awesome game for our trip because the four of us family members did not know each other!

Family Gathering

This was a great place for our family to gather and celebrate our parents' 50th. Very family and group friendly. Plenty of towels and amenities. The laundry area and coffee bar were great. Beautiful patio views. The bunk beds were smaller than twin size, for families planning out bed space.

Early Christmas family get together

Beautiful property with a fantastic patio and city view. We had a great time and will happily use again next time we're in town visiting family. The whole experience was easy peasy!

Hello and welcome! We’re a military family with roots on opposite coasts—one from the lush landscapes of Washington State and the other from sunny Florida. Our careers in aviation and engineering have taken us across the U.S. and even to Germany, fueling our love for adventure, the outdoors, and discovering new places. We are also a military family, as I (Amanda) am a rescue pilot in the Air Force flying the HC-130J. I came to Albuquerque years ago for my flight training and fell in love with it. We wanted a home to come back to in the area, and we would love to share 'Casita Bonita' with you!

With over a decade of experience as rental property owners and three years as VRBO hosts, we’re committed to providing our guests with a comfortable, memorable stay.
