20 minutes from Disney and outlet malls. Spacious 2BR, 2 full bath - over 1,100 sq ft for your family to spread out. Beautifully-maintained condo complex with four separate swimming pools, one just steps from the condo door, all heated in the winter, five hot tubs, artificial beach, a fishing lagoon with a pier, and nature trails.

TVs in living room and both bedrooms have Netflix and Disney+ subscriptions. Quiet, family environment where you can fully unwind after a long day at a theme park or just stay in and enjoy the luxurious condo amenities. Fully-equipped kitchen with a Publix grocery store a three minute drive away. Or walk to the on-site Tradewinds restaurant.

There's a BOB stroller you can take to the theme park, a high chair, toys, and a pack-n-play. Full-sized washer and dryer in unit.

Main bedroom: queen-sized bed and en suite bathroom. Second bedroom: two twin beds and hallway bath. The living room sofa bed can accommodate two additional guests.

Great place to stay

Condo was clean had everything we needed host was great with communication. The amenities looked great hoping to stay again and get full use of them since we stayed during the recent hurricane. We ate at the restaurant in the resort it was good. In a great location Disney beaches and much more.

We stayed one month and are very happy with the host, condo and community. The host was responsive to answer questions. The community is gaited and quiet. The grounds are well maintained and offer a scenic area to walk. The condo was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The high points include great tvs, primary queen mattress was VERY comfortable, automatic icemaker and screen porches. While the condo was clean the carpet is showing signs of wear and tear, as expected in a short term rental, and the host plans to replace the flooring in the coming months. Overall we were very pleased and are looking forward to our next stay at this property. Thank you Kathryn!

Owners were very accommodating and quick to respond to our questions. The condo is as pictured. Clean, quiet community, nice pools, etc. the drive to Orlando attractions wasn’t too bad - 35-45 min depending on the time of day. It was nice to get out of the business of Orlando in the evenings. I would definitely recommend this as an option.

The host was very responsive to inquiries, and the resort amenities are great! This resort is only about 20-25 minutes from Disney and I've stayed in other condos multiple times and always appreciate the ease of use with everything. On this condo, the host had just replaced the appliances prior to my arrival and everything was very nice and enjoyable. The only "ding" I would give this condo is the carpet throughout is dated and has multiple stains. If this were replaced with laminate flooring, I'd give it 5 stars for the price and convenience of everything.

Lovely

The property was just what we needed. It was clean, comfortable and had all of the necessities to cook meals. The grounds were lovely. It was conveniently located to parks, shops and a grocery store. Overall great experience.

Love Bahama Bay!

This property has everything you need for a greta vacation. Pools are great, food is really good bar food at a reasonable price. We don't drink but they had a full bar too. People oriented place. Good for kids and families, less so people who want to party. We had a slight housekeeping hiccup but our host Kathryn was great to deal with. Excellent communication. Highly recommended!

Dirty and broken

There was a lot of things broken when we arrived. The toilet was also disgusting as well as the table tops with food. There was a cockroach in the door too.

I’m sorry to hear anything was broken. I wish you had let me know while you were there and I could have remedied it for you. I am actually at the condo now and haven’t noticed anything broken so specific feedback would be more helpful. I cleaned the condo myself before tour arrival so I can’t imagine how anything was untidy. And yes, bugs outdoors in the summer are definitely a hallmark of Florida. The indoor pest control is good so a palmetto bug in the doorway wouldn’t be unexpected. I’m surprised to see this review considering that we allowed you to check in early and check out late and responded to all of your requests within minutes.

We scrambled to accommodate a last-minute, one-night booking. The TVs work, guest just couldn't figure out how to use the remotes (not complicated remotes). They contacted us when it was too late to send someone over to assist. It's very frustrating that a one-night guest rating can have the same impact as people who stay for a week or a month and love their stay.

when we arrived we noticed the screen door was off the track and as the days went on it became more separated we did contact owner and she did send someone over to fix it temporarily. It still needs to be fixed I also think there is a full kitchen and it would have been nice to have kitchen towels and hot pads. Other than this it was great good location and good communication with owner.

Resort amenities as depicted and amazing. Pool/hot tub access very easy, clean and great temperature. Condo fairly clean, only issue with cleanliness was the shower curtains must have been left open before we arrived and had mold/mildew buildup on the inside of the shower curtains. The place could use some basic maintenance and is the main reason for the 4/5 stars instead of a full 5 stars. The kitchen lights were burnt out, the main bathroom tap sprayed sideways, the laundry and 2 bedroom closet doors were broken, off track or missing. The carpeting has some staining. The bedroom with 2 beds, one of the windows doesn’t lock as the locks are broken, the main patio door doesn’t properly lock. All simple fixes and would make it feel more higher end.

Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. I wish I had known about them during your stay - I would have had the repairs done immediately. I do appreciate this list and will get on the repairs ASAP. We only get to stay in the condo ourselves for one week a year these days and housekeeping wouldn’t notice issues like these just during cleanings. We always appreciate the opportunity to right any concerns during guests’ stays.

Everything was great , clean , well stocked unit . Convenient location to pool , great area to view rocket launches , close to poconos area ( not our cup of tea) we love coffe , the unit has both a drip pot and the single pod maker . We also love that we can walk up to 7-11 1.1 mile and get our daily exercise . The grounds are beautiful .
