Everything was great. An extra roll toilet paper would have been nice. Three bathrooms had TP but none was a full roll

Outer banks

The home was in a great location and had a great layout. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. The hot tub was very clean and enjoyable. Unfortunately the home did smell of mold and there was visible black mold on the ceiling and wall of one of the bedrooms. There was also very large bugs the management company called waterbugs. The towels were very thin and there were not enough of them to use for the hot tub as well as showering.

Nice Winter Getaway

We were looking for a simple property to go and spend a few days at the Outer Banks before Christmas hustle and bustle. Back Porch sound views, spacious living area and hot tub with sound views were exactly what we wanted before Christmas came. Lots of local restaurants, cooked in kitchen, shopped at outlets. Wonderful overall experience in a quiet golf course neighborhood.

stairs, stairs and more stairs

I would have liked to know the amount of stairs on the inside of the house. No pictures of the layout so 2 old handicapped people would have known the house was a split level.

We loved the location! The view on the back deck is fantastic. Just a straight shot from the clubhouse and you can get to the grocery store from the neighborhood without having to go on the Main Street. The house itself was a great layout and the kitchen was stocked with all the cooking utensils we needed. The hot tub was awesome at night after a day at the beach. We will be coming back!

This was our first time vacationing in OBX and we couldn’t have been happier. The place was perfect for our family and we loved the house. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable for us. We will definately be returning.

June 2018 Stay - Marsh Links No. 15

The railings on both the upper deck off the living room and the deck off the kitchen had balustrades that were loose and posed a very dangerous situation to our year one toddler. Thankfully we discovered it before he fell off the balcony. The house was very shabby overall and very disappointing. We had to call maintenance twice. We completed the housekeeping survey and reported other problems but never heard from anyone from management.

Great home away from home!

We loved our stay here at ML 15. The sound view is amazing and it is so relaxing to sit in the hot tub and look at the sound. Our kids loved the Village Beach Club pool and beach. We'll be back.

We've had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. The multiple balconies were great and the sound side had beautiful sunsets. Only recommendation we have is the ice maker doesn't work very well and makes very little ice. If a family stays a week it wouldn't keep up with the demand. Thanks so much!

1st stay not oceanfront and the location of the home and the community were very nice! Quiet with easy access/walking distance to the sound front fishing pier and the beach club. Also close to grocery store. Enjoyed hot tub. House in decent shape but showing some expected wear and tear. Cleaning could have been more thorough. Pool at beach club also could have been cleaner. (Not referencing the sand from storm but bugs /debris in pool and bathrooms!!! ) Given check in day after Hermine I'm letting it slide. Normally I wouldn't. Enjoyed our stay!

Very relaxing week. Saw dolphins from beach. Turtle lating eggs by sound and lots of birds. Been coming to OBX for over 20 years. Just love it!
