This beautiful "Baycation" house is the perfect place to spend your summer vacation! (Located right next door to our other VRBO property #407276 if you are interested in renting two houses for larger groups)

This beach house is a three bedroom, one bath home located directly on East Grand Traverse Bay. It has spectacular views, private sandy beach, and is located 2.5 miles from downtown Traverse City. It is also an easy walking distance along the beach to the State Park where you can enjoy recreational water equipment rentals. We also have a fire pit for s'mores.

We provide a washer and dryer, and all linens. (bring your own beach towels).

The waterfront location makes this East Bay house an incredible experience. The green space, fire pit, and sandy beach are beautiful. We appreciated the brightness and cleanliness of the cottage. While the roadside was tricky, everything else more than compensated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and kitchen had everything we needed. Amazing view and beach access, as well as great accessibility (by car) to trails and shops. It was comfortable for four adults. It’s very close to a busy street, so navigating that took some getting used to. A few of the doors (back door and bathroom door) are tough to open/close. On the whole, a really positive experience!

We had a wonderful time at this quaint beach house! Perfect for a summer trip up north. We enjoyed the lovely water and kayaked daily. Great location away from downtown, but easy to go in for dinners and coffee.

Wonderful Little Lake House

We had a really great time here! The water was very clear and the beach was clean. The house was perfect for our family of four. There was a lot of traffic noise, but we were expecting that. We would definitely like to come back!

Thank you for a beautiful family vacation.

The house was perfect for our family of 4. We lounged on the porch, kayaked, swam in the lake, and had a happy hour with the neighbors. I would say the only negative was the very very busy street.
