Downtown Nobles Island-top 2nd & 3rd floor. Amazing southern sunrise & sunset views & private deck. Monthly rental. 5 min walk to market square, award winning restaurants, coffee bakeries, family activities, shops & nightlife. Located in quite Nobles Island with 2 off street parking at your doorstep. Completely equipped kitchen, Keurig, WiFi, W/D, 2 HD TV's-1 Smart, wine fridge, cozy mattress, lines & towels. This association is quiet, so please no loud groups or late nights, NO PETS

Please no late nights or loud noise. We are seeking long term rentals month to month. We require a good neighbor policy and to follow condo association regulation which require No Pets.

The place is nicely appointed, high end furniture and finishing, cozy beds, memory foam. Fireplace to use with candles only. Top Two floors and space between the units, so its very quite, private inside and extremely close to town and easy access to RT 95.

Parking, the townhouse and back deck.

I maybe in that area to drop off cleaning/other supplies for the unit

Quite neighborhood. Be respectful of the full time residents. No late nights or loud noise.

Less then a mile of 95 at exit 7 and only a few minute walk to town.

You have a mail box and access to dumpster.
- MUST FOLLOW GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY, house rules and community regulations or risk loss of security deposit, fines up to $1000 and early termination of your stay.
- Must observe town's 10PM sound ordinance and state disorderly laws. No late night noise or events. Must keep max occupancy as stated on your reservation.
-NO Pets per condo association
-No Fireworks (sparklers, snaps ok)
- SURVEILLANCE cameras on property
- Must follow parking and trash procedures
- Certain peak weekends, holiday may require mins stay or rate adjustment
- Before Check out, you must strip sheets and start laundry with all dirty linens, start the dishwasher and bring trash to the dumpster down the road.
- Certain stays may require additional security deposits
-Heat can not be set above 75 and ac below 68. Room temperature is 70.
-. Return both sets of keys to the lock box (if missing a set of keys, there is a $25 key fee)

-From June 15 to Labor Day, checkout is at 10 AM to allow enough time for cleaning and same-day turnovers during our busiest season. With high demand and limited cleaners, this helps ensure the property is ready and up to standard for incoming guests.

Nicely located condo

Stayed here with family for a wedding held at the Sheraton in Portsmouth on Columbus Day weekend. This condo was a perfect location, 5-10 minute walk to downtown, quiet, clean, ample parking, and tastefully decorated. Really enjoyed our stay.

Walkable location, clean unit, and responsive host. Would rent again.

My group (4) of us wanted to spend a night in Portsmouth and walkability was a big factor for us as long as we could find separate bedrooms for the two couples. This property checked all the boxes. Easy walk to great sights and restaurants. Scott was extremely responsive and made everything very simple for us including last minute questions the day of check-in. Accessing the unit was simple, parking was available, the unit was clean. Ticked all the boxes for us and at a great value.

Great property with fabulous location and outlook

We stay here for about 3 weeks in November. The property was as described. It's a 10 minute walk to restaurants and city centre. Loved the outlook over the water with breakfast on the balcony. The beds were comfortable and the place was tastefully decorated. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends from Australia.

Beautiful, comfortable and convenient

We loved our stay here...It was a great place to relax, get ready and recover from a weekend of wedding festivities in the Portsmouth area. The condo was clean and comfortable with a great, unobstructed view of the water. I will say, the steep stairs made us a bit nervous with our two year old walking around but that's the only slightly critical thing I could think of (obviously not an issue for non-toddler refers!) Highly recommended!

Excellent accommodations and location.

We stayed here to attend a wedding at nearby Portsmouth Harbor side. The condo is very clean, modern and conveniently located. Very short walking distance to the wonderful assortment of restaurants, shops and bars but far enough away to be quiet at night. Beautiful view of the ocean pool from the deck. We definitely recommend this place friends and family and plan to stay here again. Great, responsive host too.

Beautiful quiet townhouse on Tidal Bay. So close to town but felt like a little slice of heaven . Gorgeous sunsets every night. Immaculate with beachy decor. Would definitely recommend highly!

Best HomeAway Experience

This Townhouse is by far the best HomeAway experience I have had in 3 years. The owner was very professional and the Townhouse was clean and was just everything I expected and more. I would tell any of my friends to stay here. If you are looking for a place for couple or family in the New England area you have to take a look here. A++

Beautiful place and perfect location!

The place was gorgeous! Felt very home like and welcoming. The owner, Scott, was also great about communicating back and forth and making sure we were all set to go. The location was perfect! It was only about a 10 minute walk to town. My boyfriend and I enjoyed some lunch and then walked back to the house to relax and eventually cooked dinner there. We loved the place and really enjoyed our stay! Thanks again Scott! Natalia

Great place. Neat, clean, excellent location.

Really only positive things to say about this spot. Everything was clean, great open plan downstairs, and bedrooms well-appointed. Fridge was clean, and roomy. There was half and half available for your coffee which was also supplied. The proximity to downtown was perfect. Owner thought of everything and you can tell he takes pride in the place. We spent 15 minutes tidying after ourselves and following the checkout procedure. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good experience in Portsmouth.

Traveling as much as we do makes us pretty critical when reviewing! Location: Could not be better! 5 min. walk to the Old Port, about 15 min. to Downtown and 10 min. drive to malls, big box stores and movie theater. Cleanliness: spotless. Beds: very comfortable. True to description: better than described. Host: very easy to reach and responsive to guests quickly. Parking: Easy and a few feet front front door. Overall impression: A very nice comfortable two story apartment/condo with no one above you and a quiet office below. Area is safe and well managed ( we were there in a snow storm and plowing in the complex etc. was exceptional). It is well appointed with a fair size, but well equipped, kitchen. TV's in one bedroom and in parlor. A bathroom on both floors, with one shower on the upper floor ( we were only two people but the hot water never ran out with consecative showers). The layout is well thought out and the views from the parlor and upstairs bedroom on the same side were very nice. We gave it 5 stars because it deserves it and would recommend it to our own family or dearest friends anytime! Thanks Scott

Perfect jumping off point for Portsmouth

We spent a snowy weekend here enjoying Portsmouth's Christmas events. The apartment was perfect for 3 adults and one child. There's a nice view of the harbor from the master and living room. The beds are very comfortable, with nice sheets and pillows. There is convenient parking right outside the front door. It's about a 5-minute drive to downtown. We never tried to walk it, but I assume it's about 15 minutes.

Excellent all around!

The condo was in a great location within walking distance to town. Free on-site parking. Clean and fresh. A really nice place to stay. Well-equipped kitchen, linens, towels. Nice TVs in living room and bedroom. Free wi-fi. Comfy bed with pillow top mattress pad. Highly recommend. Negatives were steep stairs from front-entrance to main level and to bedrooms. Not good for elderly or anyone with arthritis, etc. One side of the shower door did not open--the tap side--so it was difficult to step half-way into the tub to adjust the water temperature for the shower. Would certainly stay there again.
