Chic Loft-Style Condo in Downtown Portsmouth

This contemporary loft-style condo in Portsmouth, is located directly on the Piscataqua River, offering two bedrooms, a comfortable living room, vibrant dining space, and a galley kitchen. It's an easy walk to all of the shops and restaurants in downtown Portsmouth, and just 8 miles to New Hampshire's most popular beaches. Come relax, dine, shop and play. It's all here for your enjoyment, and you just know it's time to get away!
This waterside condo is accessed by one flight of stairs, andoffers two bedrooms (one queen that sleeps 2, and one twin pull-out trundle bed that sleeps 2), a spacious dining and living room, a lovely galley kitchen, and all of the basic amenities to help you feel right at home on the NH seacoast. One note: This unit does not have a cooking stove, but has a toaster oven, coffee maker, fridge, microwave and all of the other amenities for food and bev prep. It's also fully equiped with AC to keep you nice and cool during summer months. We welcome house-trained four legged friends. One parking spot is available directly in front of the condo. Additional parking is available down the street (0.3 miles) at a parking Garage. Guests are granted access to their unit with a smart code key pad. We look forward to welcoming you to the seacoast!

This place was very conveniently located with an easy walk to charming downtown Portsmouth and all its shops and restaurants. It was also located with easy access to the highway when we needed to go elsewhere. It was very clean, had all the necessary amenities and suited our needs perfectly. The only downside we experienced was how close it is to the road and bridge construction going on right next to the home. While we are not late sleepers, quiet mornings were not possible with equipment and workers showing up early for work and the sound of cars zooming by. If your intention is not to sleep past 7am, then this shouldn't bother you much. It was only a minor annoyance for us. Everything else about it was great for our needs.

Everything was as expected, the home was neat, up-to-date and close to town and Portsmouth activities. The host provided a list of recommendations for food and local attractions which we appreciated and found very helpful. The location also made a side trip to Ogunquit very doable. We had a great time.

Labor Day getaway

We enjoyed a few fun days in Portsmouth and Southern Maine. The condo was in a perfect location and was clean and had everything we needed. Checkin was very easy and Jessica was a great host. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot close to town

Walking distance to downtown Portsmouth, easy to access, quiet at night time despite being on a main road. Very cute decor and has the basics that you need! Would definitely stay again.

Wedding Weekend!

The property was in a convenient area with walking distance to downtown Portsmouth! We just parked the car and walked everywhere! The owner was quick to respond to questions and very cooperative with our checkin requests! We would highly recommend!

Portsmouth Getaway

While looking for a getaway for my husband, son, dog and myself, I stumbled upon the chic loft-style condo. After reviewing the condos information, I began to search for things to do in the surrounding area. Pleasantly surprised with the family friendly location, I quickly booked this condo for a 2-night stay. Communication with Jessica was seamless; she was clear with the steps I would need to take in order to enter the condo. Upon arrival, the condo smelled very clean and after a quick walk through, I noticed that it was organized and well decorated. Excited to begin out getaway, my family and I decided to go for a walk and explore the surrounding areas. After a short walk, we found ourselves in downtown Portsmouth where there were many shops, restaurants, and adorable coffee shops. Also close by was the USS Albacore museum which was another fun activity for my family to enjoy. I highly recommend the chic loft-style condo to anyone who is looking to explore what downtown Portsmouth has to offer!

Cute Property, Amazing Location

We enjoyed our week long stay at Jessica’s condo. You’re a very short walk away to a lot of the great cafes, shopping and restaurants Portsmouth has to offer. We walked all over every day. The parking spot right outside the front door is very convenient, too. The place is decorated very cute and unique. It was nice having a full-size fridge and AC and fans in each room. I do have to say - the floors/rugs and bathroom were not as clean as they could be. And for the cost, it would have been nice to have a stovetop and a cozier couch for two adults in the evening. The place is located on a main road of the town so you hear some road noise at certain times of the day, but it didn’t bother us other than the occasional super loud motorcycle. The master bedroom is comfortable and completely closed ceiling/not an open loft. The only downside with the loft-like ceiling in the main area is that if someone is sleeping in the one bedroom, you have to be quiet in the kitchen and living room. I don’t think it would be a problem at all with adults, but it makes it a little tricky with kids who go to bed early. All in all, we would recommend this place to family or friends visiting Portsmouth. It’s convenience and location can’t be beat!
