*** SNOWBIRDS (WER 1508) - DEC ~ JAN ~ FEB - $1800/month plus tax and cleaning (for three consecutive months, there's NO tax! Monthly cleaning required)

Welcome to JJ’s Penthouse at The Beach – Water’s Edge 1508! Need a "sister" unit for friends or family? Check out 1509, it's almost identical and has the exact same extra amenities in the unit!

New owners as of December 2024! We’ve recently completed a luxurious renovation to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. Located in the stunning Water’s Edge, this penthouse-level unit offers all the comforts of home with an unbeatable oceanfront view. Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, it’s the perfect getaway.

What We Provide
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we’ve stocked the condo with everything you may need so you don’t have to pack the extras:

Paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, paper plates, plastic baggies - assorted sizes

Coffee Bar:

40 K-cup flavors, several sugar choices, assorted tea packs, honey sticks, creamer packs, filters, disposable cups

Laundry & Cleaning:

Laundry detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, spray-n-wash, color guard sheets

Dish detergent, dish pods, trash bags

General cleaning items
Personal Care Items:

Q-tips, cotton balls and pads, makeup wipes, hair bands, bobby pins

Linens & Towels:

Bed linens

Towels (2 per person: bath, hand, washcloth)

Extra pillows, blankets, makeup towels, and hair towels

Bedding for the sofa bed (located under the bed in the bedroom)

Important Guidelines & Policies
No Daily Housekeeping

Not Suitable for Children: Ideal for adult relaxation

Parking: One parking pass per reservation. Please plan accordingly. The garage has a clearance of 6’7” (6’9” at ramps).

Motorcycles Allowed: No golf carts or trailers in the garage area

No Pets/Animals Allowed

Non-Smoking: Smoking is only allowed in designated areas outside the building (beach, parking garage). Smoking is NOT permitted on the balcony or inside the condo. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Minimum Stay Requirements:

3-Night Minimum Rental during off-season (4-night minimum for off-season holidays)

7-Night Minimum Rental from June-August

Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-In: 4:00 PM

Check-Out: 10:00 AM

Minimum age to rent - 25, primary guest must be on site during entire stay. No third party bookings allowed.

Need more space? Unit 1509, next door, will be available early May! Ask about it if you’re looking for additional accommodations!

Beautiful room and the views were AWESOME! Amenities were great and even had a bar to go to for a few drinks at night, although they do not serve food. Condo is within walking distance of bar/restaurants if you are looking to stay close by without driving. Would definitely book again. The host was exceptional with great communication throughout the process!

JJ’s place is absolutely amazing with awesome views from the penthouse..Beautiful decor, cozy and comfortable. EVERYTHING is provided from coffee, teas, plush towels , fully stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. We LOVE this place . Condo was absolutely beautiful and so clean. The views from the balcony were amazing. Multiple times we saw dolphins right from our balcony. The recliners were so comfy. We cannot wait till next year to come back.

Wonderful vacation!

We had the best time staying in this condo! We had everything we could possibly need at our fingertips. The owners thought of everything! The kitchen was stocked well with appliances and dishes, the bathrooms were fully stocked. The location is good and the beach, pool area were great. It was very cozy and comfortable. Hope to stay again someday.

Water's Edge 1508 - Outstanding is the first word that comes to mind. The condo is as advertised on the VRBO website. You truly get what is sated in the description and seem in the pictures. The entire experience was a walk in the park. I would highly recommend staying in this unit. Looking forward to a return visit next year.

Feels like home!

This condo is impressive. Everything you can think of is provided, from toiletries to Stanley drink cups. Soo beautiful inside and being on the top floor you never hear foot steps above your head. Comfy furniture, dining table, beach towels and linens. Property owners answer texts immediately. We will definitely come back here.

Incredible from start to finish

We have to say in all the years we have been visiting Surfside/Garden City we have never stayed at a place that is all that and then some! The ultimate in cleanliness! Fully equipped is an understatement, all bases are covered and we mean ALL. We will never stay anywhere else. This couple has other properties so whether you need 3 bedroom large unit or one bedroom you are covered. We loved our stay‼Thank you Jodi

The only negative, and this has nothing to do with the unit itself, was that during our stay, we were subjected to a fair amount of adjacent construction noises from what I assume was building or other unit maintenance. While it did not last all day. it did put a damper on a nice quiet morning! Other than that we were perfectly satisfied and would stay again!

Water’s Edge 1508 - What a Delightful Place!

Of all our stays in various beach properties - this one rank above them all. From cleanliness, responsiveness to how the condo is set up and decorated, it was awesome. Everything you could possibly need is stocked and in excellent working order. We didn’t have to buy anything - absolutely unheard of. The view from the balcony is awesome. The furniture is the most comfortable of any rental we’ve stayed in. Comfort and relaxation was the goal of our trip and this property met that easily! The host is awesome - checks on how things are going. Joni clearly has her guest’s wonderful experience as her goal!

This condo is AMAZING!!!! Beautiful ocean views!!!

The condo is absolutely stunning on both the interior design and the exterior beach and sunrise views! The owners put so much thought into making sure their guests have a beautiful updated vacation home base. The condo is fully stocked and I mean FULLY STOCKED it has everything you could possibly want or need. It’s in a fantastic location just steps from the sand and short car ride to all of the typical Myrtle Beach activities. The condo complex had easy parking and activities going on site at the bar/restaurant so lots to do right right there. Book it you will love it!!! I’ll be back!!
