This apartment was cute. No living room but super comfy beds! There’s a tv in the kitchen and in both bed rooms. Highly recommend using an Uber - parking is scarce.

Good location but cleanliness could be better

The location of this property is good. We had no issue getting around using public transit in Philly from this location. The cleanliness of the apartment could be better. There was an old pizza box and a pan of what appeared to be bacon grease sitting in the oven. There was also some pretty large stains on the couch in the kitche. One of the neighbors has cats and you can smell their litter box through the hallway leading up to the apartment. Something else that was a little annoying was that the kitchen was not properly stocked to be able to cook in. There was a single slotted wooden spoon to be used with the few pans in the cabinet, not even a baking sheet or potholders to be able to use the oven. We typically book our stays at VRBO properties with kitchens so we can cook a few meals when we travel to save some money. We couldn’t do that at this property so we ended up spending a lot more on food than we had intended. Overall I would not stay again nor would I recommend this property to any of my family or friends.
