✹ QUIET HOURS: To maintain the peaceful charm of our neighborhood, we have quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM to 8 AM on weekends.

✹ ACCESSIBILITY: The duplex is located on an incline, and there are steps to access the property. Please keep this in mind if mobility is a concern.

Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. Guests may use the outdoor patio for smoking but must dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
🌞 No Parties or Events

This is a peaceful residential area. Parties, loud gatherings, and events are not allowed.
🌞 Occupancy Limit

The maximum occupancy is 3 guests. Unregistered visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
🌞 Parking
