Waterpark and all other amenities closed January 1 - February 28.

The house was perfect for our large family Thanksgiving. It had something for everyone. The first level kitchen, bath, and bedrooms were ideal for our parents with limited mobility. Our 20-somethings loved the theater and hot tub, and our littles loved the arcade and pool area. Our visit was too cold for outside activities, but I don’t think anyone minded. Our host was phenomenal. Thank you for a special holiday!

We were visiting from California and I can not say enough about this property! Honestly, I think this is the nicest place we have ever stayed. Not knowing the area, I was a little worried about the location, but it turned out to be very convenient and close to everything! My only regret is not booking more days. We were not able to take advantage of the water park, but it looked amazing! The host/hostess were 10/10! Book now, you will not be disappointed!

Enjoyable Stay!!

Would definitely recommend and come back! House was clean, spacious and lots of activities for the kids to do! Host was very responsive. The community has a clubhouse that includes pools, games, etc. again, super fun!

Wonderful!

One of our best stays in the mountains. Great location, house was amazing and host was extremely communicative. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! Only suggestion would be for baby gates for the stairs for the babies.

Family Vacation

We spent 4 nights at Smith Creek. The cabin was VERY NICE and accommodated our entire family perfectly. From the indoor pool to the movie room we were able to have fun and relax. Rabia was an excellent host. She was very attentive and responded quickly to questions. The resort itself had enough entertainment for eveyone in party. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return for future stays.

My Husband and I took a few days before Christmas to spend quality time with our children. This luxury home was the perfect environment for us! It is spacious, clean, comfortable, and came with all the amenities we needed and then some! We had extra towels, pool towels available, and the bedding was top tier! The layout of the home is designed for gathering with family and/or friends and we spent every night gathered around the table enjoying food because we all decided we would enjoy staying in vs going out! The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic. Yes there is construction and it was enjoyable watching the houses being built. The noise was low and it did not impact our stay at all. Parking was optimal, flat, and enough room for over sized vehicles! The instructions for checking in, checking out, utilizing the pool and trash were clear and understandable. Accessing the home was easy and pleasant. We are looking forward to returning in the summer months to utilize the water park/outdoor features as well! We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a luxury home to make memories to last!

Very nice stay!! There is constitution going on around the property but no problem getting in or out. Accommodations were very nice and manager of the property was always eager to help with anything we needed. Very nice for large family or group. We will be looking forward to our next trip.

Family spring break vacation

Would definitely book again and highly recommend. My family spent four days and three nights which included six adults and seven children ages seven months through 15 years. pool was perfect for the children, I didn’t hear once that anybody was bored. Mini family vacation over July 4th

The property was easy to find and conveniently located near the Parkway and Tanger Outlet Mall. Our party of 13 consisted of grown children and grandkids ranging from almost 2 to 19 years old. The younger kids loved the bunk bed setup and the indoor pool, while the older kids used the amenities of the lazy river resort. We were not bothered by the ongoing construction. Any questions or problems were promptly answered or handled.

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The location was close to everything but still out in the country. There was a tremendous amount of construction, but noise was never an issue. Once this community is finished it will be amazing. Thank you to Rabia for making the stay extremely enjoyable!

Great cabin for family getaway

This beautiful cabin was the star of our family weekend get a way! Beautifully decorated, tons of space to spread out or be together, and its in an excellent location. The heated indoor pool was a hit with the younger family while the spanand movie room kept the older members happy. All got plenty of use over the snowy weekend. As great as the pictures are, the cabin is even better in person.Our host was fantastic too! Very kind and generous, helpful, and very responsive to our questions. My family and I had a great time. 10/10, we will be back.

My extended family, 8 adults and 8 kids under 9, rented this cabin near the Smoky Mountains and had the very best time! The cabin was spotless and stocked with everything we needed, dish soap, garbage bags, towels, etc. We loved all the curated common spaces for togetherness and also appreciated that each bedroom had it's own ensuite giving individual families the opportunity to relax and recharge in their own space. The hosts truly thought of everything, especially for families with kids; arcade games, an indoor swimming pool, theater room, hot tub, TVs in every room, and board games. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable and everyone got a great night’s sleep.The resort property itself exceeded our expectations as well. Well-maintained pool, putt-putt, pickleball courts, and friendly staff. Radia was very responsive, checking in with us throughout the stay and going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The check in/out processes were seamless. We loved every minute and are already planning to return next year! Highly recommend this property.

Amazing stay in the mountains

The amenities of this home, communication of owner, design of neighborhood, and beautify of the Smoky Mountains were the highlights of our stay here over Spring Break.We had ample space, utilized all of the entertainment features of the house including streaming on TVs, theatre room, indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, and fire pit. Our kids loved the unique bunk spaces and the adults loved that every bedroom had its own large bathroom.The highlight of the trip was having access to the amenities of this new resort-like neighborhood including heated lazy river, large heated pools, 2 huge heated hot tubs, pickle ball, pool, ping pong, huge outdoor movie area, fire pits, and putt putt. We had these areas nearly all to ourselves and the design and layout of these spaces makes you feel like you're at an all-inclusive resort.Beyond the neighborhood and house, we enjoyed grabbing ice cream at Cruze Farm Ice Cream (3 minutes away), hiking in Smoky Mountains National Park, and spending the day at Anakeesta. Another plus to this location is a Walmart 2 miles away with grocery pick up available.Don't let the construction keep you from this rental. It was very quiet from 5pm-8am and we were too busy during the day to mind.

Great home for families

We abaolutely enjoyed our stay. Rabia was responsive and prompt with responses. Initially the home was hard to find due to GPS, but eventually we got it. Which was explained in our message. There was plenty of room for our family of 8 which included teenagers ams a toddler. The home is well-equipped for.the cook.in the family. They wvem had an airfryer. We were informed.of.issue.with the hot tub upom arrival. Rabia was in communication with us throughout our stay and the maintenance guy tried to fix it. It.was not.able to be fixed.during our stay..Rabia was able to compensate us for not being able.to.use the hot tub during our stay. They even delivered us Krispy Kreme donuts (fresh). I absolutely loved the house. It was our home away from home during the holidays. It.also had a beautiful christmas tree that.we loved. Beds were so comfortable.There is so much to rave about this home .And my absolute favorite was the ice machine in game room/loft. We will definitely be booking again. I can't wait.
