The condo sits just above the garage level, offering elevated beachfront views from the living and dining areas in an open, light-filled floor plan. Everything here is designed to feel easy, calm, and intentional.
THE SPACE
Living & Dining
The main living space is designed for connection — whether that’s movie night on the 65” TV, board games with family, or simply watching the light change over the water.
Kitchen
A fully stocked, updated kitchen that makes cooking feel convenient — not like a compromise. Sharp knives, quality appliances, and room to gather.
Bedrooms
-Primary bedroom: King bed with private balcony access — your quiet retreat
-Secondary bedrooms: Stylish bunk beds and guest accommodations that work well for families and groups
Parking
One assigned garage parking space included for easy arrivals and departures.
Guest access
The condo is completely open to guests with the exception of two owner closets used for cleaning and one for storage.
Pointe West offers resort-style amenities including pools, a lazy river, fitness center, pickleball and basketball courts, and seasonal activities.
Resort Fee
Access to Beach Club amenities is optional and managed directly by the Pointe West Beach Club.
- $25 per person (ages 4+), per stay
- Includes pools, hot tubs, lazy river, fitness center, courts, and activities
- Wristbands are purchased directly from the Beach Club and are non-refundable
Maria del Mar is privately owned and not responsible for Beach Club operations. The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to enjoy these resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable. We suggest you purchase closer to your arrival date. Questions about the fee or resort amenities, please contact the Pointe West Beach Club directly.
