Given what we paid, the rating is more than fair (2.5 would be better). Check in was difficult and stressful. I received emails that led me to believe I needed to go to the Point West office to check in. They had never heard of me. I got there 10 minutes before check in. During those 10 minutes I called the numbers sent to me in the emails and no-one picked up. Finally, a minute before 4pm, the owner called asking if I was ready to check in. In the end, it was simple, but the stress could have been avoided.
The elevator was out during the entire stay. If my mother-in-law had joined us, which would have been the original plan, the stay would have been a disaster.
The condo is advertised as having room for six adults, but we only had four towel sets. In the end we only had three of us, so that worked out fine.
Claire was responsive for the most part, and she did not have control of the elevator not working, or the low water pressure, the guest shower not working, or the wifi not working during our last morning. Pre-stay communication was difficult. I never found out if the condo had a pancake grill. That question was never answered as far as I know. I am not sure if we will stay at Point West again. I knew it ahead of time, but Point West does nickle and dime folks. The restaurant and bar were not open even though the desk told me two week before July 1st that they would be open.
