This was our second time at Surfside. This condo is beautifully designed. We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The layout could not have been more perfect. The view is stunning of the condo long beach views from the patio. The beach is beautiful. Julie (the host) is so amazing and helpful. She answers any questions you may have. We had a wonderful vacation and will return again

Matthew, thank you for staying with us. The VALUE is outstanding with indoor heated and cooled hallways leading to our onsite restaurant, spa and salon. Another GREAT amenity are the beach chairs and umbrella which are made locally. The LOCATION is OUTSTANDING, we are close to grocery, specialty/novelty shopping and outlet mall shopping, and great restaurants you can walk to. I am sure we will see you again soon. Perfect Place

My family and I had a great time here. There was plenty to do and the kids loved the beach. The host Kevin was awesome and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely come back here.

Spring Break Vacation

The location of the property was great. Condo was clean and updated. The accommodations were perfect for our family. The owners were very responsive and wonderful to work with. Lots of great shopping and restaurants nearby.

We enjoyed providing your company with the requested upscale lodging and working with you for the mothers day event of Mothership Music Concert. We are proud you chose our upscale condo due to the location and amenities for your patrons. Please call on us again for future planned events. The newly remodeled, new stylish furniture, and updated lighting was a enjoyed by our guests. The corner unit is a plus and both the ocean and bay views are enjoyed along with stunning sunsets along the Destin coastline. Our continued attention is to bring our guests the upscale amenities and relaxation while visiting with us. This unit will also work for a 2 bedroom setup and, for future events we have a new unit which is a 1 bedroom (sleeps 2) and is direct oceanfront and will be happy to forward information on both.

Highly recommended

Stayed for a long weekend and would say again. Only complaint was the wait at times for elevator but everything else awesome. Owners VERY good!

Perfect place to stay

Perfect! Large, well maintained and great views. The home is just steps from the beach, good Restaurants, grocery stores and nightlife. The beds were so comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. I would recommend this place for several couples or a family with older kids. It did not disappoint!!!! And I didn’t even mention the views from the balconies!

Great Family Getaway Stay

We really enjoyed our stay and it exceeded our expectations! The condo had all the amenities that we needed, everything was clean and neat, and there was lots of space for everyone to have some down time. We also really appreciated the washer/dryer in the condo! The location is fantastic and we took advantage of the walkway over the street to the beach. The available beach chairs and umbrellas provided on the private beach saved us from having to lug all of that around. Owners were friendly and hospital. We would gladly return for another stay.

We are recently redecorated with new furniture and decor in the living, dining, and dinette, bedrooms and bathrooms. The washer and dryer are new as well. Our beach service makes the chairs and umbrellas by hand and our beach crew goes above and beyond to accommodate requests. The housekeeping and cleaning crew are very good and the best we have used. Highly Recommend

This property was top notch. Furniture and appliances all up to date. We had three families and there was plenty space for everyone and the kids. Kevin was able to get us checked in almost 3 hours early and was very good a communicating that as well as temporary keycodes to get in our room early. Overall 10/10 experience.

Wonderful time

The hosts have to be the kindest people we have ever dealt with. They were super sweet and accommodating and even left our kiddos a little present which they loved! The place was spacious and clean and had everything we could have needed. The trip to the beach was easy and we were able to get chairs and an umbrella each day. Having the bar right there to order a few drinks was great. Several restaurants within walking distance and places to rent bikes and golf carts. Walmart delivers groceries to the location so that's a plus for us. We used the gym and the restaurant on site. This was a great stay for us and we would definitely come back!

Perfect beach getaway...

This spacious condo was perfect for our spring break trip. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and not be on top of each other. The view from the large balcony is great for sunset watching and the balcony off the guest studio/suite is where you can catch the sunrise! All the windows and mirrors in the living space make the already large area seem even larger. The skybridge is a nice feature for safe access to the beach; although we went out the lobby exit and walked across the street most days and didn't have a problem crossing there. It's a beautiful area to run/bike/walk and there is a large sidewalk for that. I would recommend getting out to claim your beach chairs early if you come in peak season because you're not guaranteed a set of chairas if they are all being used--we almost learned that the hard way! :-/ The hosts were amazing and available for anything needed. We would love to come back in the future! Miramar Beach area is very pretty and has lots to do.

Nice vacation

The condo was extremely nice and was accurate to description. The amenities were not as nice. It states there is a suana, but that was removed according to the front desk clerk. The pool was clean. However, I feel they could make the pool deck much more inviting. I was told there was beach service that would provide drinks and food on beach so we never had to leave; this was not accurate. I was also told there was room service, again not accurate. Upon entering the building there is a foul smell (smells like wet dog). As soon as you are in the elevator that smell dispoears and all is well. Overall, the vacation was great and the condo met our needs. I would reserve again. Kevin was extremely helpful and was always able to be reached if needed. I would recommend that the owners offer some sort of late check out even if you have to charge a little extra for those people who may not have a flight out until later in the evening. If you are looking for a nice place to stay that is clean and beautiful, the condo will not disappoint.
