Listed as a 1 bedroom; more of a deluxe studio. No door to bedroom, open to rest of house. Bed is medium firmness and nice. Wifi is 360 down and 230 up. TMobile 5g UC is 200 plus. Central and walkable to most venues. We walked to Astros game and a concert at the Toyota Center. It is a challenge to find food later at night. Host communicates very well and often.we did not use gym or pool. Overall good experience.

Not acceptable in any way

We had just arrived in Houston after an eight hour flight. We were in town for my wife’s surgery and other medical procedures. We needed a true one bedroom, and this property is not. No private bedroom or door to close, it’s an efficiency. The place was not clean and appeared poorly maintained, toilet seat loose, etc. The secure parking was compromised as the garage gate was broken and standing open. My wife didn’t feel safe at this property for a number of reasons, and she was in tears from anxiety and disappointment. Needless to say, I contacted the host immediately and was told that it was “policy” and we would be charged anyway. I had to find an acceptable accommodation right away since my wife’s medical procedures were scheduled to begin the next day. This was a complete and expensive disaster in every way.
