Are you looking for a space with an old school feel with modern day updates? Well my Cozy Downtown Studio is the place for you!!!!!
Its multiple retail stores, restaurants, parks and venues to explore nearby.

*Discovery Green Park.
*Phoenicia Specialty Foods (It's like a Whole Foods Grocery Store)
*Hearsay on the Green (Bar)
*Pappasitos Restaurant
*Kelsey Pharmacy
*McCormick and Schmicks Seafood/Steak
*China Garden
*The Shops at Houston Center (Shopping Mall)
All the above suggestions are walking distance from the studio.
No smoking is allowed in the STUDIO however its a couple of different shared seating areas that you can access and smoke.
No SMOKING in the UNIT at all and NO PETS!! I'm extremely allergic to animals!!!!
The Bed is Firm!
Studio is located on the second floor with NO elevator access.
Paid Parking is available on the side street or paid parking lot near the premises.
