A charming, pet-friendly studio apartment situated on the second floor, providing easy access and a lovely view of the mountains and the surrounding landscape.
The kitchenette is fully furnished with modern cabinetry, countertops, and hardwood flooring throughout the unit, enhanced by contemporary appliances. Adjacent to the kitchenette, the dining area offers seating for up to four.
The main living area showcases an open floor plan with comfortable furnishings, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen television. Additionally, access to the private deck provides stunning views of the surrounding valley and mountains. It is essential to mention that the unit does not have air conditioning or a functional fireplace.
A Queen Murphy bed ensures comfort and can be easily stowed away to maximize living space during the day.
The property features a range of amenities, including indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a swimming pool, a fitness room, and a communal BBQ area with picnic tables available in the summer months.
Guests are required to have their own transportation, as public transit is not available. Parking is provided in the outdoor lot.
Smoking onto the property is prohibited according to the Homeowner Association’s regulations, which will be strictly enforced, with a 200 fine for any violations.

The front desk is available 24/7. They were helpful with providing the room keys, directing me where to park, and answering any other questions I had.The unit had a gorgeous view of the mountains and was very comfortable.

Great little spot

We had a great stay! The property had so many amenities that I feel like the description didn’t mention, like racquet ball, pickle ball, and indoor and outdoor hot tubs. We loved that it was so pet friendly and we saw that many people staying had dogs. The only negative, is that we thought this was a ground floor unit as what is listed in the name but the unit is actually on the second floor. We try to book ground units so it’s easy to bring the dog in and out without having to bring him through common areas of the hotel which was a tad bummer. Another thing that wasn’t stated in the description if you have pets is that the front desk had us sign an agreement that all dogs left unattended have to be crated which wasn’t a problem for us, but could be for other guests. The WiFi/reception is spotty which the owner let us know before, it was fine for us and actually nice to “unplug” a little, but definitely something to consider for other guests. All this being said, it was the perfect spot for us and everything we needed. The unit was clean and comfy and we loved going in the hot tub after our days skiing at winter park. We would definitely recommend and will consider rebooking if we every do another getaway to granby!

Great for a short trip

I came to ski nearby. I figured I’d be out most of the day and had some work to do in the evenings. Unfortunately, the internet never worked so I had to go to a coffee shop in the mornings and ski in the afternoon which kind of ruined my plans. I’ve stayed at other condos in this building so I knew what to expect. It’s conveniently located but dated, but also I didn’t want to spend a lot since I was mainly there to sleep. In this regard it was good. The Murphy bed was comfortable. It has all the things you’d need for a short stay and was clean. The updated bathroom was nice compared to other units in the building. The refrigerator is very loud when you’re trying to sleep. But otherwise, it’s good for a studio if you don’t need reliable internet.
