Dance Competition Weekend

We came to Rochester for a dance competition. It was an easy commute to the venue and came back to the comfy/cozy house. The beds were comfortable which was great after 15 hrs on our feet at the competition.

Great Location / Great Service

We stayed for two nights and were happy with the house. It was super convenient to the airport and the freeways. The washer went out during our stay and the property manager showed up within 20 minutes of my notifying them of the issue. When they weren’t able to immediately fix it, they took the laundry and washed and folded it offsite and offered to do that for the remainder of our visit. Great people to work with.

The house suited our purposes of visiting our son who works nearby very well. It was clean and spacious enough with enough supplies in the kitchen to make our own meals. Unfortunately, my company's network policy doesn't work with the internet service provided. It worked fine for our own computer, but I had to go elsewhere to work.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m glad to hear that WiFi worked well on your personal computer! I’m sorry to hear you had trouble connecting with your work laptop. We have Greenlight Internet which is standard fiber-optic provider in the area, and guests have complemented about fast internet speed after a smooth experience across all their devices. Especially since a majority of our guests work remotely. This is the first time I’ve heard of a compatibility issue with a specific work device. I assume that sometimes, company- managed laptops have strict security settings or VPNs that can interfere with certain networks. If I had known during your stay, I would’ve been happy to help troubleshoot or offer suggestions. Thanks again for your stay, and I appreciate you bringing this to my attention.

Welcome! We’re a woman-owned small business based right here in Rochester, New York, dedicated to providing warm, well-appointed homes where guests can relax, recharge, and feel completely at ease.

What began as a small side project soon grew into a passion for creating inviting, family-friendly spaces across the Rochester area. As a mom and a healthcare professional, I understand how important comfort and cleanliness are — whether you’re visiting for work, family, or a much-needed break.

Balancing a growing business while raising kids has its challenges — from coordinating turnovers between school pick-ups to answering guest messages while juggling bedtime routines — but it’s also incredibly rewarding. Every stay is a reminder that hospitality is really about care, attention, and community.

We’re proud to support local cleaners, maintenance professionals, and tradespeople — many of whom are also small business owners and parents. When you stay with us, you’re supporting a network of hardworking local families who take pride in what they do.

Our goal is to offer guests the same warmth and comfort we value in our own home — a safe, thoughtfully designed space in one of Rochester’s best neighborhoods, close to everything yet peaceful enough to unwind.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us — we’re so happy to share our homes and our city with you.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose to base our homes near the University of Rochester because it’s a vibrant, welcoming part of the city with a great mix of culture, education, and community. Being close to the university makes it convenient for visiting families, students, and professionals, while still offering the peaceful, safe neighborhoods we value as a family ourselves.

We love that guests can enjoy easy access to the university, local shops, parks, and restaurants — all within a short drive or even a walk — without feeling like they’re in the middle of a busy city. It allows us to provide both convenience and comfort, the same balance we strive for in our own family life.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our home combines cozy comfort with a prime Rochester location. Situated near URMC, Golisano Children’s Hospital, and RIT, it’s perfect for visiting families, students, or professionals.

Designed with care, the property features a single-floor layout, making it ideal for patients, families, or anyone recovering from surgery — no stairs, easy accessibility, and a peaceful environment for rest and recovery.

Inside, you’ll find family-friendly touches, a bright living area, and a fully equipped modern kitchen, plus a private patio for relaxing after a long day. All this while being just minutes from top medical centers, universities, and local attractions.

It’s more than a rental — it’s a home away from home, offering convenience, comfort, and a calm space to recharge.
