There’s even a fish cleaning station, so you can proudly show off your catch (and maybe even make some dolphin friends while you’re at it).
Just a 5-minute drive (traffic permitting!) from the stunning white sands of South Padre Island, this spot is the best of both worlds – waterfront relaxation and easy access to the island`s beaches, restaurants, and entertainment. HOUSE RULES
•This is a non-smoking property-no smoking inside or outside of the home.
•Do not flush any paper products down the toilet other than toilet paper.
•CAUTION: To avoid pipe clogs, only use garbage disposal VERY SPARINGLY.
•Please make sure vehicles are fully parked on the concrete parking pad to the front. No parking is permitted on grass, street or other areas.
•Trash dumpsters are located to the left of the community center. Birds open and scatter unattended trash placed outside the house.
•Remember to return the key to the lock box when departing.
