Thank you for sharing your detailed experience. We’re pleased that check-in went smoothly and that you enjoyed the tropical grounds, pool, and spectacular ocean view. We’re sorry the condo was warm upon arrival and that the provided fans were not easier to locate. We also apologize for the film you found on the floors and surfaces; this does not meet our cleaning standards, and we have addressed it with our housekeeping team. Parking spaces are assigned by the HOA and can unfortunately be tight. We also understand how upsetting it was to receive violations for smoking you did not do and for hanging towels without first receiving a warning. We’re glad the HOA ultimately waived all fines. We’re also sorry the pool was unavailable for two days of your visit. We appreciate your feedback and will work to make the condo information, fan locations, and community rules clearer for future guests. Kindly, MakeMyVacation Team
