Very disappointing experience
Rating Details:
The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Management moved us from another condo to this rental since the other condo was not usable.Three car trips of loading and unloading our belongings with no help from anyone was exhausting. Extremely tired, I brushed my teeth not quite realizing there was a smell to the the morning, called management to inform them the water reeked from sulphur and we were informed that we were the first rental in the unit ever.After the water tank refilled, checked the washer and dryer only to find rust on the washer and black mold in the gasket of the dryer. Had to go to a public laundromat as a result and Seascape didn't even offer to pay for the inconvenience.The 18 hole golf course is now 9holes as they are building on the is in terrible condition and not worth playing. False advertising. We left 2 weeks early and would not recommend Seascape for snowbirds. On a positive note,maintenance men tried their best and came when called. Rentals should be checked and owners should be held to a high standard.
